It is one of the must visit places to eat in New Orleans for the authentic taste of Indian Food on the menu. Really authentic... taste on everything that I tasted. The owners are very cordial and friendly. I ordered Mulai Kattiya Taniyum, Mango Salad,Tamarind Soda, Khichdi and Appam. Everything was really yum. Really Really Tasty. Phenomenal owners too. My husband and I decided to take the ferry over to Algiers and found a true gem, Plume. Not only was the food amazingly great, ... but the warm and friendly host/ owners was the cherry on top. Service with a smile along with information on the historicneighborhood we were in. We both had such a wonderful time, definitely recomend. Read more

Plume is truly the gem of Algiers. My only regret is not coming here sooner. The pictures below are saag paneer and banana... chaat. Additionally, you should try the chicken kaati roll, coconut bread, and okra thoran. Read more

Most important, food: amazing!! Every bite was a different party for my taste buds. The mushroom Kothu roti had a savory taste... and sneaky spice. The Appam, fermented coconut bread was great with the Lamb. They also accommodate vegan and vegetariandesires. I highly recommend you treat yourself. The flavors and textures of the dishes are a happy place. Read more

Had one of the best meals ever at Plume Algiers this week! (Hence forgetting to take a photo until we had already ate most of... it!!) Went for Happy Hour and the Meat Thali plate, Keralan Fried Chicken (KFC!) and Gobi 65 cauliflower were simply amazing. We’ve been long time to-go customers but our first dine in experience was one we won’t forget. Support this wonderful localbusiness. So good! See y’all soon. Read more
