Everything about Pluck is extraordinary! I had dinner there while in town for a conference on Tuesday, and we all agreed to go... back on Thursday to try more wines and food from the menu! They have daily wine offerings and ever-changing seafood for theirappetizer crudo and main catch dish, which keeps things fun. It's definitely on my list to revisit when I'm back in NOLA. Read more

It's rare that I will eat at the same restaurant twice when visiting a city for a week or less. I made an exception this week -... eating here once with my wife and again several days later entertaining clients. Great atmosphere, wine, food, andservice. With roughly 400 labels, the wine list deserves its own review. I didn't count but I'd guess there are at least 75labels accessibly priced at well under $100 a bottle. That's typically where I do my wine drinking. If you're lucky enough to beseated in Kate's section you can simply explain the types of wines you are fond of and let her take you on a journey throughobscure and very lovely bottles. This alone is a good reason to dine as a party of six - more bottles, more journey, morefun. Not to be outdone by the wine cellar, the kitchen swings well above its weight-class. The daily fish crudo is a must.Everyone loved the Tamarind Glazed Cauliflower. Charcuterie boards are beautifully prepared and include a nice variety of meats, cheeses, and spreads. As far as entrees go... meat lovers will fall in love with the braised pork shoulder - perfectly cookedmeat that practically melts in the mouth. The daily "Market Fish" is served in a bowl with crispy rice, beets, peanuts & chililime jam - delicious. Enough said. Go. Read more

So I'm in New Orleans for work and I stopped by this place last night after going to Seaworthy to find out they weren't serving... hot food. I had passed by this place and thought it had a nice ambiance so decided to go on (mostly because I saw that it hasbrussel sprouts on the menu). But to be honest, the cauliflower was the star of the show. I actually came by again today becauseof that damn cauliflower. Highly recommend it! The brussel sprouts were fine, but the bacon they had in it was a bit too hard inmy opinion. Read more

Delightful little wine bar and restaurant in the warehouse district. Excellent bottle selection with a daily tasting. The dinner... was very good, I had the red fish special with a romesco sauce. The selection is not expansive but what I have was very good.. Ifinished it off with the key lime crème brûlée. Definitely worth a visit! Read more
