This is by far the best vegan food I tried in NOLA. We shared the crunch wrap with BBQ jackfruit and the better than Popeyes... sandwich with Buffalo cauliflower for the side. Both were SO good! Not only is the food absolutely FABULOUS, but when the third party delivery service dropped the ball and failed to deliver our... food to us (my husband and I were visiting NOLA on a biz trip), the owner, Bolingo, personally delivered our food to us.Brittany was wonderful helping me decide on my first Original Thought order, which was a feat in itself because the menu has somany yummy options! I have found my “go-to” Vegan restaurant in New Orleans!
