On our trip to Nola, we were staying in a neighborhood which had Neyow's at about 10 minutes walking distance. This place was... highly rated on Google and Yelp and so we decided to check them out for some nice southern hospitality and powerfulflavors! The 5 of us walked-in at about 7:30 pm and had to wait 5 minutes before being seated on our table. Overall, they havean attentive team and our friendly server took our order which included File' gumbo bowl ($11.25), a made to order vegetarianpasta ($19), and grilled Filet of Fish ($16.50) with 2 sides. Portion sizes are very generous and we couldn't finish our food!Food was flavorful and service was excellent! Read more

Absolutely delicious. A lovely experience. Something for everyone in the family- even the toddler. A simple shrimp salad with... ranch was still thoughtfully prepared. Highly suggest the homemade tartar sauce. Love this place! Read more

My wife and I saw Big Freedia rave about the food at Neyow's, so we made it our business to stop in while in town! I had the... grilled pork chops with Mac & cheese and cornbread dressing. The pork chops were very juicy, tender and full of flavor! Thecornbread dressing was off the chain along with the Mac & cheese! Our server Devin who puts the S in service was so great! Wereally had a great time. Read more

Perfection in a dish. Wow--we were very lucky to have followed the recommendation of two different people we met to try Neyows.... We had to wait 1.5 hours, but i would wait again just to eat there. The wood fired oysters, fried chicken, Mac and cheese, redbeans and rice, and everything else we tried there was so delicious. If i lived here, this place would be one of my regulars. I rarely order sweet drinks, but i saw so many pink glasses, i had to try the fruit punch. It was delicious too with a perfectbalance of sweet and sour without overdoing either. So don't hesitate--get over there now, and fill your tummy with some of themost delicious eats you will ever find. Read more

Oh boy! My Lyft driver told me about this place and I was FAR from disappointed. I had the gumbo, char-grilled Oysters, the... Monday lunch specials (catfish & jambalaya, Red beans & rice w/Fried Chicken). Other folks in my party had the chicken wings. Weenjoyed a Moscow and Bourbon Mule and the spiked lemonade. We ended it with bread pudding,,Deeeeelish!!! This was hands down thebest meal I had. Read more

Some of the best creole food and seafood I've had in New Orleans. Really friendly staff and a great atmosphere. Shrimp, catfish... and Crab were all great, macaroni cheese, potato salad and carrot soufflé were perfect as side dishes. Can't wait to return Read more

Food was AMAZING!!!!! I have had a few creole places before, but this hands down is the BEST!!!! The wait was about 45 minutes, ... but very much worth it, their gumbo was phenomenal, their grilled oysters are a must, and you cannot go wrong with any oftheir entrees. Their Bow Wow drink is strong (80% alcohol) but very good! Their walls are decorated with various celebritiesthat have enjoyed the creole food here Read more
