I visited here twice and both of my experience was horrible. I went back for the second time to give it another try and it was... the worst experience ever. The Bar itself is set up really cute but the bar manager is ABSOUTLEY HORRIBLE(Lin) is her name ifI'm not mistaken. The First time I visit I was at the bar trying to order my drink she yelled at me and told me if I cant bepatient I can go somewhere else meanwhile her friends walked in and she served them immediately .The Bartender Money told me notto worry about it that he was going to fix my drink .He was extremely nice. I went this weekend for essence because I had somefriends in town and they wanted to hang out . Soon as I walked in the same lady LIN (Bar Manager) she was screaming and yellingand push another employee .She was yelling so loud across the bar everyone was looking .It was very unprofessional this place isto nice to have someone like her managing it .I really hope they find a new bar manager soon or they definitely will lose out ona lot of business .I will not be returning there anytime soon. If you do decide to go be prepared to be yelled at if she there. Read more

Facility is beautiful. Was in town for Essence with a group of friends. There was a female bartender that had a unpleasant... demenor to some patrons. Unfortunately, she told me to go outside to the bar if I wanted a drink. I was a bit taken back. I didgo to the bar outside and got a male bartender that took my order quickly. He was professional & friendly. Read more

The absolute BEST shrimp tacos I?ve ever had in my life. The cook in the back know what he?s doing. Matter of fact, the bar... tenders know what they doing too. I had never had a French75 and I?m glad I had my first one here. It was so smooth. Them ladiesdid their thing on the dranks!! We missed trivia night but jammed out (and I mean we JAMMED ????!) to early 90s r&b music. I?llnever forget it! Such an incredible experience. ?? Read more

this place shares a courtyard with Baldwin & Co. and has muy tasty happy hour tacos. the service can be a bit snobby, which is... perfectly appropriate at a by/for locals Black-owned space. great service requires likewise customers, tip well or leave.rotating local art and performance is lush, tine, and sound. watch the moon rise as the next door coffee shop slowly closes forthe eve. So cute! I?ve been waiting on the perfect time to visit this bar and I?m glad I went when I did. Firstly, the entire art bar is... so dope, chill, cute, and modern! The chef and bartender were attentive, friendly and ready to serve ! I tried the Brave Bill, Ithink Passion Punch and either it was the Strawberry Gin & Tonic or strawberry margarita (one with strawberries). Drinks wereridiculously good! I also had the Guacamole with chips and Ginlet shrimp (not sure of the spelling). I went to this spot soloand enjoyed every minute of relaxation. I?m definitely returning!! Read more

Visiting from Florida. This bar is super cool with friendly, attentive staff and excellent drinks. The artwork is gorgeous. Very... clean location. Music was fun making for a great atmosphere. Could not ask for a better experience. Lindsay was really hustlingserving and bartending, and she did it all with a smile. Highly recommend! Read more

So, I stumbled on the NOLA Art Bar and I recognize that it is a whole entire VIBE in itself. 1. Food The seafood plate was uber... good. The fish tasted like it was cooked by someone's grandma and the shrimp tasted like butter and sweet goodness. Seriously, you can get a seafood plate anywhere in the city, but this plate made me want to smack somebody. 2. Drinks The bartender poursa "New Orleans" pour when making the drinks. I like that there is a wide array of choices for a cocktail. I forgot to take apicture, but I had a lemon drop (based on the bartender's suggestion) and it was Perfect. Literally, I do not give perfect starsoften, but NOLA art bar is on to something. 3. Service and Ambiance The establishment is fairly new and I am impressed with thesouthern hospitality that the employees exhibited towards me. My order came out hot and in a timely manner (keep in mind thateach order is made to order). The artwork is the main reason why I come by. I love love love the pieces. Basically, thisestablishment is a great plate for a date, after work cocktails, and or an evening on the town. Overall, Go and try anycocktail. Be adventurous and open to a new GEM on St Claude.
