I placed in order on Doordash and got an estimated completion time of 12:45-12:50 on my order. Waited an extra 30 minutes for my... food before canceling all because I asked how much longer it would be. I watched other people who order in-store and on-doordash walk in and out while I was treated like trash because I wanted to know how much longer it would be for a simpleorder.\n\nI will never order at the this establishment again! Thought I would treat myself to a good hot lunch from this place today since we don?t order out from work often. We had been... talking about it for 3 days of what we were going to get because it all looked so good. We couldn?t have been more wrong. Fourof us ordered and 3 orders were completely wrong, mine included. My order was supposed to be Mac and cheese with chicken bitespotato with garlic Parmesan tater tots. What I got was a fried shrimp and crawfish potato and some cold soggy over fried frozenfries with old clumpy Parmesan cheese on them. The shrimp were frozen over cooked and the crawfish looked freezer burned. Thespecial seafood sauce tasted like watered down cheese.When we called the restaurant the lady was very rude and was unwilling atall to help rectify the complete failure of our order. Instead we were told to take it up with waiter and hung up on us. Thankgod waiter takes pride in their service and reputation of their business as we were all refunded. Thanks waiter. Food was delicious but waited over 30 minutes for our food after we ordered it. The restaurant only had one couple other than... us, that was seated waiting for their orders. The potatoes are absolutely delicious. Nice portions and very filling. It\'s a little pricey but the quality is definitely worth... it. The music is always blasting though, a busted ear drum for a delicious potato... well ok my tastebuds are happy... sacrificeright?!\nDidn\'t care for the seafood macaroni but that could be preference. I ate at this place on Tulane. I took my friends because I told them how good my seafood quesadilla was. We waited almost 40... minutes for 1 quesadilla and two already cooked potatoes.
