We got the matcha milk tea and caramel coffee bubble tea. The caramel one was like a Starbucks Frappuccino, but the matcha one... was a huge disappointment. It tasted like powder in milk and felt like chalk in my mouth. The boba texture was subpar. Not badbut not great. Do NOT get the matcha one. Read more
Food is good but customer service falls very short. I ordered a sandwich I have ordered from Mr Bubbles previously and what I... received was not what I was served previously and also did not look anything like the display picture at the restaurant. Thesandwich I was served seemed to have meat that was dyed red. When I brought the sandwich back to the register they told me thatmaybe someone had put too much seasoning on the meat. He then told me it should be good. I did not like the taste or texture butthey refused to fix the mistake. Terrible customer service. Will not be going back. Read more
