Wonderful lunch place near The New Orleans convention center. We had a wonderful server called my very delicious salads, and an... amazing bananas Foster dessert. The ambience is wonderful and if you get there before 11:30 AM you have the entire restaurantyourself. It's within easy walking distance of the convention center and there and extremely high quality food for a reasonableprice. Highly recommend! Read more

This place was top notch from top to bottom. It started off with some solid old fashions made by the bartenders. Then they made... some suggestions for appetizers, I got corn bread and turkey necks. For my main course I got ribs and brussels sprouts all wereexcellent! This place had a clean modern atmosphere with attentive staff. I will definitely come back here on my next trip toNew Orleans. Consistently great! Meril is such a classy and current spot that is great for occasion meals. This place always has great... service and handle large parties very well. I’ve visited with a few as 2 people and as many as 17. The menu offers moderndishes of small plates, main plates and sides. As a vegetarian, I enjoyed the vegetable flatbread and the vegetable sides.
