I had to stop by to see what all the hype was about. So I ordered grilled catfish Mac cheese and corn bread. Well I was... disappointed Mac no cheese only melted on top, corn bread was no homemade but good (jiffy mix) and grill fish had great flavorhowever some was over seasoned. Read more

First time at Melbas while visiting family in New Orleans and I must say that was the best fish poboy I?ve ever had. My uncle... had the grilled shrimp poboy and it was also amazing. If you are ever down in the Big Easy I recommend giving it a try! Read more

A lot of people raved about this place. I thought it was just okay. They are other better places in the surrounding area. The... Cajun rice was mushy. The macaroni and cheese had no flavor. I thought the fish and shrimps were good. The turkey leg was goodas well. Very soft. Hospitality could be better. They were not rude but they just don?t give you that welcoming feeling. Mywife and I shared the same feeling of not wanting to go out of our way to visit this place. Like I said, it was just okay. Wewon?t crave to go back next time we are in town. They did have a good flow of customers so that means a lot of people like it.But if you are traveling and you?ve heard how good this place is and you?re tempted to try it out. Then go right ahead. I?m notsaying not to go here, I?m just saying that it?s just okay. You can at least try it out and say you?ve tried it. Read more

Incredible. These po?boys are so good! We got a few different ones, but the one I really enjoyed was their roast beef po?boy.... This was stuffed with super tender beef all drenched in a delicious gravy, cheese, and hot sauce. The flavors harmonize so welltogether to create an incredible sandwich. I really enjoy the thick bread as well. It?s slightly crispy which keeps therigidity of the sandwich as a whole. It?s definitely needed a thick bread so that the sandwich as a whole doesn?t getsoggy. Definitely come here or order for delivery from here for a delicious sandwich. Read more
