I legitimately do not know how this McDonald?s is still operating. I?ve gone maybe 3 times in the last few years and each time... was more horrifying than the last. They have an hour long ?shift change? at like midnight or 11pm (I?m absolutely certain thisis a practice the night crew has decided and not mandated by the company/management). They will take your order and you will sitin line for 45-60 minutes. They are out of things constantly. I have never gone to the drive through and sat for fewer than 30minutes. Avoid this place at all costs, going hungry is a better option than eating here. Read more
This is the absolute worst McDonald?s you sit in drive through for 15/20 mins just to get cold hard nasty food?chicken sandwich... bread was so hard I couldn?t eat it got brunt nuggets gas is high but I think I will just take the drive to the parish. They gave me the wrong sandwich. I wanted an Egg McMuffin, they gave me a Sausage McMuffin with NO egg and a medium drink when... I wanted a large. Their excuse about the medium drink was that they are the same price BUT they don't realize that I wanted aLARGE drink not a MEDIUM drink. Order your supplies and you won't have angry and disappointed customers. Very poor service. Iblame the management. UPDATE: Once again received wrong order. Piss poor management. It was fine. I mean it's McDonald's. The atmosphere seems to be good. They had a table full of older gentleman seems like... they're regulars. drinking that coffee and eating at breakfast. I saw the cashier that was on front counter come from behind thecounter and sweep the lobby. The managers that were there they were working interacting with the customers getting the food forthe drive-through fast.. Now the neighborhood is another story... Us who is from new orleans know that area of town is not thebest. But the McDonald's is fine. The only thing out of place that somebody would complain about was that they had a man infront of McDonald's asking people for change. But when i came out which was like 15/20 minutes later he was gone.but that's alotof places in new orleans. So . that was just my take on McDonald's ???? Read more
I went through the drive thru I ordered 3 dbl cheeseburgers, small fries, medium fries, cheeseburger only ketchup the cashier... was on her cellphone the whole entire time never got off the cellphone didn?t tell me how much my order was she didn?t give me areceipt she just gave me my change and closed the window when I got to the 2nd window I asked for her name the guy said hedidn?t knw I WILL NEVER GO BACK THE WORST SERVICE EVER Read more
