I was tipsy, it was late at night. All I wanted was some food. My agitation was being rushed trying to order food. Staff seems to have it together and the environment has always been on the positive side. I'd love to have a napkin or two and... maybe not be charged for ice but...???? Read more

This location is usually good at keeping the ice cream and frappe machine running at the hours that matter the most, and clean... it at the slow times. This visit they were cleaning the frappe machine during breakfast time when coffee is at its highestdemand. I was mad because I waited in that long line, and didn't have time to try a different McDonald's Read more

When ordering the person was very efficient but just monotone so it sounded like she didn?t want to be there. Got the job done... well though. Ordered, paid and got food pretty quick and nothing was missing, all while having busy 2 lanes. The food was atgreat temperature and the person getting our food at the last window made sure our stuff was correct. Read more

Rating is Poor (Order - Quarter Pounder meal / chicken nuggets). The rating is low due to the poor communication and lack of... customer satisfaction. 1 - Staff did not follow requests to remove pickles and mustard and the burger was under cooked. 2 - Thechicken nuggets was stale and I did not receive condiments requested (honey mustard). 3 - The drink was wrong; instead of CocaCola I received Dr. Pepper. Majority of the issues could have been resolved with the staff's willingness to communicate with me(the customer). Unfortunately any attempt to make eye contact or speak with me was avoided by the staff. It's disappointingthese issues could have been easily resolved by acknowledging and listening to feedback. Particularly since the restaurant wasnot busy; nearly dead in the dining room. Not surprised this location has historically lacked customer service traits evenpre-Covid. So it's been a minute since I've eaten at this McDonald's because they usually take forever to prep your order or miss things or... forget things but I have to say that tonight was the absolute worst food I have ever had from McDonald's through door dash Nowmy Dasher was great but however I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese so I got my burger and I opened it just a precaution Ialways take but they were very heavy on the onions they only had one pickle on it and not to mention the burger that I hadtonight was dry fairly warm the fries were cold and hard and they failed to properly seal the drinks so as I walked with my bagand tried to hand it off to my girlfriend the bag ripped resulting in my tea spilling and making a sticky mess everywhere alsobought a cookie tote with 13 cookies the cookies on the other hand were great warm soft and delicious no tonight I was expectingto sink my teeth into some beefy deliciousness but instead got a mouthful of cotton balls because that's how dry it was to me itwas not enjoyable tonight very disappointed with you McDonald's you can do better just a word of advice next time make sure youhave straws in the bag put napkins in the bag and properly seal both the drinks and the bag so needless to say nine times out of10 I would not be visiting or eating at this particular McDonald's anymore I highly recommend that you visit anotherenfranchisement elsewhere don't waste your time here! And the price was stupid high for only 7 items it was $52.43 again I donot recommend at all! Read more

Racist behavior. I came to this restaurant to order through self-service and the cashier, as she did not understand what I was... asking, ignored me. She started serving on the other side of the self-service, eight cars passed and on the side where I wasstanding, which was the right side of the self-service, she did not attend to me. A client was behind my cornet player, shecalled several times and they didn't answer her. This cashier is ignorant and she got scared because she didn't understand whatI was asking her and out of fear she didn't attend to me. I had to move to the other lane from where she was attending to leaveher no other option but to attend to me yes or yes. Then I treated her with contempt and she treated me talking to me as if shewere an Indian and I was ignorant. That is to say, a completely racist behavior with Latino clients who do know how to speakEnglish. Read more
