They never have fraps or even iced coffees and they?re constantly saying that their machines are broke! How is it possible that... they use that as an excuse for iced coffee when it just requires flavor milk and coffee. They always say that they have hotcoffee, well then, why not iced as well? I visited McDonald on Saturday, October 1, 2022 locate on 1918 N. Broad. I went inside to purchase three gift cards. The... service was poor. A customer had made complain to manager about the service. The manager stated there weren't enough workers.The manager asked the employee to get the keys to get the gift cards She didn't stop to get the keys. She continue to preparethe food for the drive line. I was shocked. There were several customers who were waiting to place there order. I made themanager aware that service was poor. I left without receiving the gift cards. I gave received one star. I am so glad I didn'tget in the drive thru line. It was very long. I would have very stressed and overwhelmed by the poor service. It seems like theyare not in business to make money. I believe they need go back to training to learn about customer service. I am verydisappointed ?? Read more
we pulled into the drive thru, and they took our order, which was just two drinks and nothing else. We pull up to pay, and we... waited for 15 minutes for someone to take our card, all the while, workers are walking by the window and looking at us and notsaying anything. We pull up to the next window hoping someone will help as at the next window and the same exact thing happened.This was at 3:00 on a sunday and they served the people in front of us. we just left and decided to find another one. Probably due to living in a COVID world, I ordered a mobile order and was waiting for a good 15 minutes to tell the code over... the speaker. I didn't mind but a few cars behind me were clearly irritated as I can see them fussing while pulling off. Finallywhen somebody came to the speaker, I gave my mobile order code and the Employee told me to pull around. There was no one thereat the 1st window. After waiting a few more minutes there, naturally I pulled up to the second window just to see what was goingon and see if there was someone who can process my order of a sausage, egg, and cheese mcgriddle and a hash brown. Employees atthe second window were like you were supposed to stop at the 1st window and I responded that there was no one there. It lookedlike somebody just either abandoned their post or they quit. She replied you still supposed to stop there and I just stared atthem until they got the hint, took my code number, and I received my order. It was correct. McDonald's needs to have moreorganization with their process and pay their workers more so maybe people would be in their designated areas to keep ordersflowing smoothly and keep driver's in the drive thru line from leaving. Also, pay people more than $11.00. People would actuallycome apply if they had a sustainable living wage in times of inflation. Anyways, just keep in mind that if you come to thisMcDonald's, you may have to deal with long wait times and going to the first window when no one's there lol. Read more
Worst McDonald's EVER!! Stood in line 10 min waiting to place my order... 7 of those minutes I was next in line just waiting to... find out the frappe machine was down. I get it stuff happens. So I asked for sweet tea only to be told no sweet tea ready but Icould wait 5 min and they would have some ready. I am just ready to leave at this point I done been here 20 minutes. I asked forsome salt and pepper for my unsalted fries. They are out! They also told me they could not give me my receipt because themachine was messing up!! This place needs to get it together. As soon as I walked in the door a man asked me for some money! AndI could not get to the sink in the bathroom because a lady was so loaded she done passed out in the sink.
