Quaint place in the Quarter. The food was great! Had the BBQ shrimp and grits. Plenty of food. Live music was a lot of fun.
So this place was spectacular. While, they no longer take reservations When I called ahead they were happy to accommodate my... group of 14 on a walk-in basis! We got there about 5:00 on a Saturday and we're sat immediately. We were all in costume so itwas kind of crazy and they totally put up with us taking our pictures and gave us a nice space for us to hang out in. Theservice was really good! Our server's name I think was Cynthia and she was on top of it. She was fast and accurate and the foodwas definitely good! I had the Brussels sprouts which were probably some of the best I've had in the city as well as the trufflefries! So good! Cocktails were out of this world also! Highly recommend. Read more

Delicious dinner! I had the amazing Mac & cheese with chicken, my husband had the shrimp & grits, and our visiting friend from... Denver ordered the shrimp po?boy! Did not disappoint. I love this place. Stumbled upon it by accident on a colder evening. Looked warm and friendly. They have a lot of seating -... maybe about 20 tables. I sat at the bar - but could have been seared immediately on a Saturday night. They have great specialsdaily - I tried the rice with andouille (basically a gumbo!) which was amazing - I asked for some chicken on top as well whichwas really well made. I also got Brussel sprouts on the side. Literally - the reason I came back here twice in 2 days was theseBrussel sprouts. They were crispy and caramelized and so so divine. The next night we tried the burger which was incredible aswell as the bread pudding. Overall I would say that if you want new Orleans comfort food this place does an incredible job. Theonly problem I had was with the loud live music but you can sit at the back and also come by when they don't have live music. (Ijust happen to be sensitive to loud noises. This doesn't impact anyone else.) Overall- great food, great service, simple andlarge clean bar. Would be back for sure! Read more
First time here. Really liked to gumbo and house salad. The band was great! Nice and lightly lit atmosphere. One bartender was... sub par, but her partner ( blond) bartender was great! She was friendly and picked up the slack of her partner bartender...noworries ???? would come again! Read more
