This was our daughter?s1st birthday away from home (she?s in college). The cookie cake was perfect and they delivered right to... her dorm! They were very flexible with her class schedule in order to make sure she would be there to get it - as there is noperson at the front desk. They went ABOVE & BEYOND and allowed us to celebrate from afar!!! They even sent me a picture of thecake before delivery. THANK YOU!!! Read more
Sept 2022 updated: We returned and they were open so we bought the buy 5, get 1 free cookies. The strawberry cookies were a... little hard. My daughter enjoyed the cookies and cream (they were a little smaller than they should've been) and my favorite wassnickerdoodle. Aug 2022 Full disclosure: we never placed an order... While walking around the outlet before taking a historicalboat tour, we stopped at this location to checkout the flavors. We inquired about their closing time... the man said 8 but thewoman corrected him saying 7. We couldn't take food on the boat so we said we would come back. We did. She was counting theregister around 4:30pm and all of the cookies were gone. I asked if they were closed and she nodded yes as she was talking onthe phone. We were completely disappointed. This afternoon at approximately 3:45pm on the 27th day of June. Myself, and my wife purchased a couple of items from your shop... at riverwalk. The reception we received from two of the three employees employees at the counter were rude, and uninterested inus being there. No smile, no kindness. My wife asked a question and was totally ignored! Read more
