We have dined here twice. I believe the first time our server was Ash. Did a fantastic job! What a pleasant experience. The corn... bisque and NOLA salad were excellent. And I was surprised by the beignets as well!! The second time our server was Luna and shewas incredibly sweet and kind. The food was delicious in my opinion. This review is specifically for the quality of service provided which was subpar. I get... there and had to wave someone to seat me and after that I waited quite a bit for a server to come and tend to me. I got fairlyannoyed when my main course was given to the wrong table. The server finally comes over and asks if I'm having dessert when Ihadn't even received my order. Seems like there's a lack of organization and communication amongst the wait staff because otherclients left due to them taking so long to even greet them. I consider myself to be a generous diner when it comes to eatingout. I don't really go by the suggested percentages to tip, I go by the quality of service I am provided. If you serve me well,then I will tip you well. It's a nice atmosphere with good food, but I'm not sure about going back. Read more

Can I give more than 5 stars? I'm definitely surprised for this restaurant appearance, environment and food quality. Went there... on 11/26/21 for dinner and had a blast experience. Music was great, live band, right volume that still you can develop aconversation with a person next to you. Servers were extremely nice and educated. All dinner courses were phenomenal. And I'mglad for dessert I asked for their beignet, just outstanding! For my first night having dinner in NOLA, I set the bar too high.After this experience, other restaurants were good, this one was the best. Really recommend. Read more

I came here for my birthday and it was amazing. I felt so special. The breakfast buffet is worth every penny and everything can... be made to order. There was so much food available that I was conflicted on what to get. I need to go back and try some things Iwas too full to eat. The bacon was perfect. I hate undercooked bacon. My wife and i came down to new Orleans for our anniversary and was trying to find a perfect dinner spot to suprise her. I came... across a few and reserved but then cancelled when i found M bistro. It had really good reviews so i knew it would be a perfectchoice. When we arrived they were so nice and polite and gave us a booth thagmt felt more like a personal small room it wasperfect. Our server was very nice and wish us a happy anniversary. The food was so good and the waitress brought us some beinetswith Happy Anniversary written with chocolate. Reveillon dinner M Bistro at the Ritz Carlton New Orleans was so delightful. It is one of my favorite experiences in the city. A... lovely performance by Jeremy Davenport and band. You have to walk through the Davenport lounge to reach the M Bistro. The hotelhad beautiful decorations from the front door and beyond. The lobby is one of my favorites during the holidays with a goldentree, branches/vines sprawling and covering the ceiling and glass ornaments dangling. This year they have a gingerbreadstreetcar with seriously beautiful detail! The courtyard is also decked out with holiday lights and cheer, and is a lovely spotto sit/sip with friends. Read more
