Now visit New Orleans several times. I've always enjoyed coming to Crystal's for a daiquiri The first time. The daiquiris and... the service was excellent. However, this time the daiquiris were weak and the service was good. I don't know why they changedtheir daiquiris. Maybe it's because they wanted to save money, but when you have a good product that people enjoy, the mostimportant thing you can do is keep it that way. That's part of the reason why people come back for a good product. Good customerservice, professionalism and fun. I do recommend you get a daiquiri here if you're not worried about how strong it is. Theflavors are awesome even though they only have a few sometimes. That's all you need. However, I do wish they go back to the olddaiquiris and strength of I'm going to pay my money. I want to pay my money to enjoy a product that I've enjoyed previously, notthis new one. Read more
This was right around the corner from our hotel, Courtyard by Marriott on Iberville and this was pretty much our go-to spot... whenever we were hungry and wanted something quick or it was late at night. The food is pretty good (taste like white castleburgers and chicken sandwhichs, which I LOVE) and it was cheap. I also got the blue raspberry spiked slushy which was STRONG lolbut worth it, especially because it was a good size. The signs inside are so pretty, looks like it was drawn in chalk. The onlything that I didn't like was that it took a while to get our food each time, even if we only ordered 1 or 2 things. It's alsosmall in there, so I'd recommend taking it to go. Oh my God is it overpriced but then again it is right at the edge of the French quarter so yeah. It is a good thing the sliders... are juicy & flavorful, because the staff is so dry and if you're at the counter when they call your order be prepared to haveyour bag literally thrown across the counter to you or at you depending on how you view it. I'm not seeing a lot of value here,maybe next time I'll just get the frozen WC's from Winn Dixie and pass on that the attitude Read more

Food was good, service was great. Employees were very friendly. The eating area was not very nice or clean. The bloody Mary?s... were terrible and not drinkable. But burgers and breakfast were great. Just avoid the Bloody Mary and you will be fine. Read more
Customer service 0/10 . First of all they don?t greet you! I?m at the counter to place my order , cashier just looked at me & I... asked ?are you ready to take my order?? He just looked at me. Manager rude as well. I paid for food & needed to use the restroomit took her forever to unlock the door WHILE IM STANDING IN HER FACE. 0/10 do not recommend ! Rude & horible customer service.
