I?ve never seen such a short burrito in my life. I can?t understand why you would leave a dasher waiting 20 mins. Double the... expected time to deliver just o send half of a burrito Read more
Some of the employees are AWESOME but this is the worst Izzo?s in terms of customer service I have ever been to on almost every... occasion. Legitimately awful 75% of the time. Read more
I used to be a regular for the excellent portions and quality ingredients. Hadn?t been since February, was feeling nostalgic,... and went back. The burrito is half the size it used to be, and the meat serving was laughably small. I also paid a $2.00pandemic premium, which would have been acceptable if I had received the customary portion. Instead, I paid more and got less. There are too many excellent Mexican restaurants in the immediate vicinity to waste your time here. Read more
First time customer here! I was a bit disappointed that my 4.50 shrimp add on was forgotten. Luckily, I have the jaws of a... hyena and chewing through the low quality steak gristle was a breeze. This stuff really should be illegal! Read more

I live near this Izzo's and over the past six months have watched the location grow more squalid by the day as basic upkeep to... the exterior of the building, parking lot, and sidewalks have been completely neglected. The grounds are dirty and overgrown. It has been months since any yard work has been done -- the landscaping is lost in weeds and the sidewalks around the buildinghave long grass growing in all the concrete seams. The up side is that all the plants help to trap the trash piling up aroundthe building from blowing into neighbors' yards. Until today, the street, drains, sidewalks, and parking lot had beencompletely covered in trash for weeks -- empty cups, straws, drink lids, aluminum cans, wrappers, masks, forks, napkins, rubbergloves, etc. A pile of greasy, used food service gloves sat in the driveway since late July getting rained on and rolled over bycars. This morning I couldn't stand the overflowing litter anymore and spent an hour of my day picking up two paper bags fullof Izzo's garbage and cutting back a bush that had grown so far into the Marengo sidewalk that pedestrian traffic was almostcompletely blocked. I didn't get everything, though -- the sidewalk area outside the porch along Magazine and Marengo is stillcovered in cigarette butts and the dumpster area in back of the building is still festering. The door has fallen off of thefence, revealing a dumpster sitting in a deep pond of red sludge and litter that reeks of grease and rotten food. This place isa blight and a nuisance in an otherwise lovely area, and I hate that tourists visiting shops along Magazine Street walk past itand judge our neighborhood on Izzo's filth. Read more
