My family and I visited for breakfast while in the city. The restaurant was convenient to our hotel, casino, and waterfront... ferry. We only had to walk a short distance to arrive. We were promptly seated. The table and seats were clean. Our orders wereaccurately prepared and we all enjoyed our meals. Service was great. Read more

First morning was mostly fine, other than their limited menu. The order was placed online and was slow to pickup. Clearly... understaffed, it took them 10 mins to acknowledge my husband entered the restaurant so he could request the order. Food wasokay, though the portions were small for the potatoes compared to the second day. The second morning was a disaster. Order was20+ mins late. Brought it back to our hotel room to find one sausage was less than half the normal size, there was no butter forthe pancakes, and the eggs were definitely not over easy as requested. One yolk broke and fried hard. The other was soundercooked it was just slime. How they managed that was beyond me. Submitted a complaint online and requested they contact me,no response. Our food was good but took some time to arrive. The staff ranged from, "don't care" to our server that was "friendly and kind".... Cleanliness varied, from fairly clean tables to floors that were filthy (debris, dirt, and stains). The menu was extremelylimited and for an IHOP to have 2 pancake options..... Pricing was high, they only accepted cash, required %15 gratuity butstill expected a tip, and didn't have change (ran across the street when a customer demanded their change). Would not go again. Fun, easy and over all good. Waitress was friendly. Breakfast came in at $44 plus tip. Not sure it was worth that. But can't... complain on Canal Street. Read more
