There was not a cook, but the manager did the best she could. The manager that left didn't make sure the bathrooms nor tables... were cleaned. My French toast was cold, but I wrapped it to go because the young lady and a young man jumped in to help her.They forgot the egg on my grandson's burger but they finally made it. She should stay because she tried, but the guy sherelieved should be fired, he had ample time to make sure his store was prepped and ready for the next person to comein.???????????????? the food was ok, I just appreciate the young lady for trying to still satisfy customers and be transparentat the same time. Food: 3/10 Service: 1/10 Atmosphere 5/10 ( only because kids were in there from homecoming, so they bought some joy to the... building ) This was by far THE WORST restaurant experience I?ve ever had. Me and my boyfriend went here and it took forever forus to be greeted. Once we were greeted we selected our own seats as told. Server took over 20 minutes to come take our drinkorders. We waited about 1 1/2 hours and still had no drinks. Neither did the one other table that was dining in. Our foodfinally arrived and still no drinks. After waiting around 2 hours, we still had no drinks and couldn?t eat our food. We askedfor our drinks and only received one and it was in a Togo cup. Stil no Drinks. I got tired of waiting and said, ? excuse me !We?ve been in here over 2 hours and have no drinks. We?ve just gotten our food. Can we cancel this and just leave. ? ourcustomer responded with an attitude and said the poor service was because she was working alone. The restaurant had 4 tables,including ours. There?s no reason 2 of the 4 tables had no drinks for over a hour. We ended up leaving without eating our foodand nothing to drink. The server was rude and only came to our table once. I saw not one manager on the floor and I saw one guyrunning food along with a person in the kitchen. I get slow nights and being understaffed but this was terrible. Read more

This manager in the pic above kept us safe the other night when a dangerous situation happened outside the restaurant. She... stayed calm,locked the doors and immediately called the police . I want to thank her and her staff for being so kind and caring???? be safe ladies and gentlemen Read more

Chi chi the server was lovely - best part of the experience. but the food was lacking :/ probably because we came in at 1am... also. it is definitely better to come during the day than late night. but chi chi goes above and beyond as a server and has alovely personality! Read more

OMG... the worst service! Do not go here. Only 2 tables of people. He took our order, never brought silverware or our drinks. ... Initially gave the wrong order, and still brought my food back wrong. Never checked in to see if we were ok. The longest he wasat our table was to watch me sign the check! I guess he was looking for a tip! The whole location needs a Verbal Tip! Getcompetent help! Servers are unprofessional. They were screaming and cussing in the kitchen and outside the front door... we hada long day of travel and just wanted peace, quiet and a decent meal with good service. If Google had a Zero rating ornegative, that would be more appropriate. Read more

Do NOT eat at this place!!! First our drinks were not available, but the waiter substituted them and didn?t tell us until we... brought it up. Then, it took Forever to get our order, bacon was raw, brought out scrambled eggs instead of fried, forgot toast,forgot ham and forgot pancakes. We didn?t wait any longer for them to keep cooking to get things right. We are what we had,paid and left. Everyone was complaining, the place was filthy and the bathroom was flooded and looked as if it hadn?t beencleaned in weeks. Worst restaurant experience we?ve ever had. Read more

Being a visitor to this great city, this experience was unacceptable. I was presented with an unclear excuse of not being able... to dine in due to not having proof of a vaccine. This was is only restaurant that had asked this since my stay on Thursday. Evenif this is the policy, it would be most accommodating to have this post on the entrance and windows like McDonalds next door. Iasked for the manager. Even he was unclear but polite. He was unable to give me the direct information of the owner. I seeonline that it is Ruby Enterprises. Usually in business information is readily available through signage or business cards. Iwill never go back there again. I should have read the reviews.I was a blessing in disguise. Read more

It took forever to be seated even though there were 3 people in the whole restaurant. The bathroom didn't have soap, and there... was garbage all over the floor. The flies were annoying. Not the most amazing food, which is understandable. but the waitresswas nice. Read more
