The absolute worse IHOP ever ???? Today's excuse no apples for the French toast that's on the commercials. No turkey sausage for... those of us that don't eat pork. Everytime we come here it's something!!! Last month I got half of my meal discounted because ofthe 30 minute wait for food to come and the server was horrible ???? ???? ???? My husband did try to go Metairie, but I stillsaid let's try the East again. They should just shut down and go out of business. Never coming back again!!! Read more

The service was absolute terrible. The only saving grace was the food. Every employee that was in the dining room was rude, down... right trashy ghetto behaving. It is very heartbreaking to see an IHOP being represented this way. Read more

The restaurant is in a really convenient location, right off the I-10. I was pleased with my visit. The service was quick. My... food looked appealing. I found most of the the staff to be friendly and eager to provide assistance. (No bad attitudes) Therestroom weren't super clean but it wasnt disgusting, smelly or grimy either. You can they make an effort to keep the facilityclean. Read more
10:59am..I-10 Service Rd 11/30. Hostess standing a good distance from the podium while customers waited.. Had to request her for... seating. Black scrubs on no name tag. Had to request waitress. Waitress(Courtney<---i think) only one seemed to be professional.Ordered Waffle combo, eggs scrambled with cheese, sausage. A slice of cheese laying atop cold eggs. I attempted to mix them inLOL.
