Reviews for I-tal Garden in New Orleans, LA
This is my 2nd time eating at this restaurant. The food was delicious. The Raw Walnut tacos were very light but tasty. The Mac... and cheese platter was extremely good although I just had a taste of each item. The fried oyster mushrooms were great as well.I would definitely recommend this restaurant. Read more

Lovely, cozy vegan restaurant. I had the Mac plate: mac and cheese, creole greens, BBQ cauliflower wings, and corn bread. I also... tried the Berry Drizzle cake and the chocolate chip cookie. Loved everything. The most perfect vegan comfort food in NewOrleans. Read more
Absolutely, 1,000% delicious!!!! We had THE hardest time deciding what to eat. They had so many gluten free options, we were so... impressed. Most vegan restaurants don?t have very many gluten free options besides salad or a wrap. We loved everything, leftstuffed, with leftovers. PLEASE TRUST ME- you won?t regret eating here. Read more
I really enjoyed this food. I got the RA pasta, gumbo and hibiscus tea! My only issue was the cashier. She seem to have an... attitude and I believe it was from the person she was talking on the phone with while I was at the register. Also, I wish youall were open earlier in the week as well. I?m on vacation and I wanted to eat here again Monday but was quickly humbled ????.Other than that the food was THEBOMB.COM!! Thanks from Georgia ???? ***Update: 3 months later same person same experience.Amazing food though! This time I tried lemon pepper wrap and it was delicious ???? Read more

I am so glad to have found I-tal during my New Orleans trip! I always look for places that make vegetarian versions of local... dishes and food is such a huge part of the culture to explore on trips! I ordered the platter with chickpea/artichoke crabcakes, jambalaya, black eyed bean curry, mac and cheese, corn bread. My partner ordered sweet potato quinoa nourishment bowl androsemary potatoes on the side. We enjoyed every single dish on our plates and finished it all! Would definitely come back!!Thank you for making New Orleans food accessible to people with dietary restrictions Read more
