Awesome service and food. The staff were extremely friendly, including the assistant and general managers. Our waitress Hannah... was amazing and super cute. We can't wait to go back the next time we're in New Orleans. Read more

Going to the Hard Rock is a Tradition of ours. This one is not the biggest but it has the classic Hard Rock Flair you come to... love and look for in a HRC. Location is right on Bourbon not far from Canal Street, within easy walking access. There is noparking available on site. The gift shop is small and right off the main entrance, containing all the essentials you might needlike pins, charms and bags. It can get very crowded so reservations are suggested if you have a party larger than two and wantto come for a sit-down dinner. As a couple we tend to walk in and sit at the bar whenever we can to bypass waiting. The food wasgood, as you would expect of a HR and does not disappoint. I tried the STEAK SALAD (8oz grilled steak on a bed of fresh mixedgreens tossed in a blue cheese vinaigrette, with pickled red onions, red peppers and Roma tomatoes, finished with crispyshoestring onions and blue cheese crumbles) for the first time at this location and loved it. Huge portion, plenty of meat andmore than I could eat in one sitting! Paired great with my Old Fashion. Read more

I am not a fan of many chain restaurants, nor am I a fan of visiting a chain restaurant while on vacation. When we walked in... the door and received the warm welcome by the gleeful staff, I realized this was not your typical Hard Rock Cafe. Clearly acombination of that Louisiana charm and a highly effective GM makes this place what it is. The historic decor of this Hard Rockwas quite impressive, they also had a photo spot, which was used quite heavily while we were there and a nice touch. A casualand comfortable dining room that is not excessively loud in a restaurant like this is somewhat hard to find. When dining in achain restaurant I find the best options are burgers or pizzas, I go with what I know! The burgers and the pizza are both goodhere. This is a place where you can expect to see the GM, Shane Tucker, on the floor checking in with the patrons, hedefinitely navigated our dinner to a 5-star experience. He was a pleasure to talk with and stopped back numerous times to ensureeverything was perfect, I was impressed! Cheers! Read more

I visited Hard Rock Cafe for the first time in Paris during the soccer world cup in 1994. Since then I have been in love, but as... there are few of them in Norway, it has been a long time since last visit. I love the food, the menu, buying a t-shirt andenjoying the food with a cold beer. A brilliant meal - today ribeye. Read more

Stopped here for a quick bite and a few drinks. Nothing to heavy just something to hold us over before getting ready for our... first tour of the day. Was a good experience but when we originally went here with the full group the place was empty but toldus it would be a four hour wait which was hard to understand and they hardly cared to explain. First impressions are really important. The host was condescending and ignored me multiple occasions. She was too busy chatting... with another employee. She seemed downright annoyed I was asking how much longer I needed to wait. On top of that, we had towait over 20 minutes for a table despite half of the restaurant being empty. Other parties without reservations were sat beforewe were. This isn't up to the standard if Hard Rock. As a customer who's been to Hard Rock for over 10 years this was severelydisappointing. I've never been treated this poorly, not in Cancun, not in Boston, nor in Houston. However, our server wasabsolutely wonderful and she made sure to make up for the poor treatment the hosts had given us. The food was up to standardsand came relatively quick. The place is slightly overpriced but it's still one of the more accessible places in the area. Read more

We usually love Hard Rock Cafe but this one didn’t quite cut it. As usual, the food and atmosphere were great, typical music... and decor, but the service was terrible. The bartender didn’t smile and just had a general attitude towards every customer sheserved. Acted as if everyone was inconveniencing her by being there. I’m sure it can’t be easy being a bartender on BourbonStreet in NOLA but it wasn’t busy and the people who were eating there were normal and behaved overall. Just not sure what thedeal was but hospitality may not be her forte..my 4 person crew left after a quick bite because we didn’t feel very welcome oraccommodated. Read more
