Got Uber Eats through this location but not holding any uber eats issues against the store. I absolutely love Five Guys but the... burger I got from this location was horrible. Patties were overcooked and bone dry. It was like biting into a piece of asphalt,which is shocking since Five Guys patties are always juicy and delicious. Toppings seemed to be picked at random, with cheeseand bell peppers on the burger without being ordered and missing the mustard and onions that I did order along with one singlejalapeno slice. $37 for two double meat burger meals with fries and drinks. Service this experience far superior to Mickie Ds and the bearded... King. Probably the only fast food chain that gives fries for the money. An employee is always cleaning up the lobby. Thumbsup recommendation!! Read more
It's Five Guys. The food is delicious. The Cajun fries had a bit too much seasoning, but the rest was delicious. The problem... was service. Usually at Five Guys when ordering without a bun, they ask if it is a gluten allergy, which it is. They didn't. Itold them we're usually asked and requested they change gloves. Apparently that was too much to ask. In addition to having anattitude, they didn't change gloves. And then both burgers were lacking the extra patty I paid for. They remade the wholeburgers, which I appreciated, but it took a long time. It was 20+ mins before I had my food, and the others in my group hadalready eaten. I expected better from Five Guys. This particular Five Guys location was one of the cleanest fast food restaurants I ever visited in my life. It was spotless! The... staff members who were cooking were amazingly kind and engaged. The food was wonderful and filling as always. I did have toreturn the fries though due to their being over-salted. Other than that, I do recommend this Five Guys and will return. Read more
Great food; stuffed hamburger with REAL ground beef, fries o plenty (so much it was all in the to go bag overflowing out the fry... cup). You can watch the grill guy make your food right then and there! Then theres also free roasted peanuts.????.all you caneat-d so delocious. Great burgers, but they need to reevaluate the "Cajun fries." Overloaded with spice doesn't automatically make fries Cajun.
