Let me start off by saying I'm not a seafood person. I was in a party of 7 and this was the restaurant they picked. Walking in... there is a great atmosphere and smells good. We sit down and our server was super friendly and quick. When it came to order ourmeal she was very knowledgeable of the different options available. Once we got our food we were all amazed how good it smelled. When I tell you I ate all of the crab and shrimp, I'm not kidding. It was the best seafood i have ever had. It was warm, ittasted good. I have nothing bad to say about this restaurant. We spent about $125 for a appetizer, 2 seafood bags, 1 side and 2drinks and it was worth ever penny. We will definitely be going back. Read more

You go out of town to try new things, and one place that I recommend trying would be this one. I tried their fried frog legs for... a first. They were very good. Also the rest of the food was good as well. The wait time was long, but outside of that theservice was good. Read more

Food was really good, but overall experience was less than good. We?re given only one crab leg cracker for five people. We asked... for more. Response was, because some people stealing them, restaurant stopped providing them more than one per table, and thatthe owners charge waitresses for stolen food. My drink was super sweet, I asked to make it right. I think it?s been justtransferred to different glass. I don?t think we would recommend it to anyone. Read more

My daughter and I had a great time. Our waiter, Algernon was very entertaining! We both thoroughly enjoyed our lobster feast.... My daughter Couldn't get enough and went back the following week and they did not disappoint once again with the boiled seafood. Read more

Food is good, but the people are better! Went 2 nights in a row, George the bartender is the man! Make sure y?all try to eat at... the bar, he will take care of you. Also order this off menu: grilled oysters! Best I ever had. I wouldn?t recommend ordering anyof the fried rice thou, very bland. Other than that the experience had been amazing. House seafood boiled is the deal, get fierymix sauce super spicy. This place completed my trip in New Orleans. Will be back another time! Read more

The food was a huge surprise for the price. We had gumbo, 3 fish baskets and cajun sausage with three drinks for $45. Our server... was delightful and well attentive. You've got to go here. Read more

2 orders of the crawfish set/special was the right amount for 3 people- we ordered the medium Cajun fiery spice and it was... delicious! Their sweet tea is too sweet in my opinion, I would ask for half unsweetened next time. Read more

UPDATE: went back, sat at the bar per usual. the bartender didn?t know what champagne was, a mimosa, a Bellini nor what certain... liquors were. I asked what champagne she poured and she said Chardonnay? forgot something i ordered and when i asked forutensils to break the crab legs, took a dirty one from the sink, hand washed it with just water and handed it to me. ????thus my5 to 4 star rating In regards to cooked seafood prepared on demand, this spot makes downtown New Orleans proud. Located a blockoff Canal St. We were lucky to get bar seating, so no wait time. Handicap accessible. on street / garage parking. didn?t getthe chance to check out the bathroom but i?ll adjust review if necessary upon my next visit ;) The strawberry drinks we orderedwere fresh, however a little on the too sweet side; We managed to finish. Truly enjoyed ourselves despite how busy it was, wegot everything we ordered in a timely manner. Read more
