Got some Uber Eats from this place this evening. Absolutely loved it! Great tasting everything - shrimp poboy (dressed) and... roast beef poboy (dressed). Family fries was more than enough to go around! Thank you for the delicious meal! A year later anda dozen or better visits, this place fails to disappoint. Always hot food at great prices. I ordered Uber Eats tonight at 1 AM. The evening of Friday, and early morning of Saturday May 23. I called first to make sure... they were doing food orders and Uber Eats so late in the night. I ordered a chicken sandwich with fries and a smoked sausagesandwich with fries. I waited OVER AN HOUR for the driver to get here with my food. Upon having the driver arrive, I take myfood into my house and it's the wrong order. I received a small side of fries and an order of Buffalo wings. I don't eat Buffalowings or I really wouldn't have cared. I called the store to let them know what happened and I was put on hold (the guy justsaid hold on) and then for the next 10 minutes I hear him laughing and conversing with friends that are in the store. He nevercame back to the phone, so I hung up and contacted Uber Eats to try and fix this. They refunded my money, but I still have nofood to eat. I would HIGHLY ADVISE taking your money elsewhere as it does not seem like they care about their business. It's ashame that this happened because I order takeout often and my mother and sister have only said good things about this place. Icannot wait to tell them how rudely I was treated just for trying to get my order fixed. ? Lesson learned. Read more
Incredible, I am from out of town and really crazed a Louisiana po-boy, and boy this did not disappoint, plus the price was... extremely fair. Also, customer service is class, top-notch. It's family owned and they really try and get to know the customer.Hell, the owner of the store offered me a ride back to my hotel at the hospital! Read more
