Ate at both locations as they featured different menu selections. The first had hot pots on the menu, the second location had... beef noodles and pan fried chives cakes. Both places are clean and had efficient service. The foods are delicious at bothlocations, and importantly, authentic! You have to get the steamed dumplings and wontons as they are made in the traditionalway that rival the Best of the Best in China and Hong Kong! Totally worth it! Read more

We got into New Orleans around 8pm, and were planning to dine at Dian Xin, but parking was challenging within a short distance,... and kids were winding that they didn't feel comfortable walking in the area. At the end we brought the food back to thehotel. Place: Simple decor, clean, good amount of sitting Service: The servers seemed to be friendly and took my wife's ordersquickly. Togo Food quality: 5/5 - Sweet and sour soup 5/5 - Xiao Long Bao 5/5 - Dumpling 5/5 - Wonton Soup I can't believethis, the stuff are still good after 20 minutes... Now it makes us want to dine in to taste the real thing at the store. Read more

Just what I needed to break up all the Cajun food. The soup dumplings and the salt and pepper squid were my favorites. Washing... it all down with a glass of plum wine was the perfect end of this delectable dinner. Read more

Such a great place to get authentic chinese food! We came on a weekday night at around 6pm and got seated after waiting for... about ten minutes. This place is also very vegetarian friendly! What we ordered - chilled cucumber salad: very sweet andfragrant with sesame oil! This dish was sweeter than I expected but still good. - veggie dumplings: great veggie filling insteamed dumpling skin - chilled noodles: flavorful vinegar based sauce on chilled noodles with fresh veggies. delicious! - stirfry eggplant with tofu- loved the amount of vegetarian options and the choice to add tofu. This was by far the best meal I had during my trip to New Orleans. Recommend the beef noodles, garlic green beans, house fried... rice, wonton soup, and short ribs. I am sure any plate you order here will be fantastic. Restaurant was busy but plates came outquick. The solo server also did a fantastic job! Would recommend to anyone visiting NOLA. Read more
