The food is good, I cannot lie. But the customer service is AWFUL! I usually look forward to eating here and don't mind driving... to the hood to get it. Have raved about this place and sent several friends to check it out. There have been quite a few timesthat condiments were not put with my order so I made a habit of checking before I leave. Well I ordered uber eats the other dayand was frustrated that they left off the sour cream from my loaded, loaded baked potato, which the description clearly says itcomes with. When I called the lady who answered the phone said I didn't request it. Why would I request something that's statedin the description to come with. She then gave the phone to a man who tried to gas light me and tell me I lack comprehensionskills. He was very rude and dismissive. He actually said to me that if he sends sour cream and I don't eat it but instead throwit away, he's losing money. So if I don't eat the cheese that comes on the potato, it's he losing money then as well. That wasthe most absurd logic. Furthermore, how is he losing on something that is already supposed to come with sour cream. I wouldassume that's part of the price. The potato is good but it needs the cool lightness of sour cream.
