I have had some good experiences at City Greens, but today I ordered a salad and added chicken for takeout and when I got back... to the office, they hadn't put any chicken on it. I suppose I could have gone back but I would have had to use time from work. Good thing I like their food! Next time, I'm going to check it before I leave. Read more

The food is good, but the stores are super inconsistent. There are some items you can only get at the Freret St. location,... which is fine, but then when I get to the location, they are out of other items and don't even carry hummus! It just makesordering for a group very challenging, and at least as far as the hummus - unnecessarily so. On top of that, the service at thestore was less than perfect. However, there was one employee (the girl with braces and piercings) who was stellar and extremelyhelpful. Read more

Ok great options, but I have gone twice now And BOTH times they forgot at least one ingredient on both my friend and mines... salads that we ordered with it...also extremely skimpy on the salad leaves like the bowl could be filled up way more..really notworth the money. Other locations put decent amount of dressing to ensure that you are not eating a dry salad. This location apparently placed the... smallest amount of dressing possible when I picked up my order. I am not going to drive back to get more dressing, just will noteat there anymore. Make sure you have enough unless you want it dry. I ended up using my own caesar dressing. Read more
