Never opens on time, claiming to be understaffed. The error is lack of communication! If you would just let the customers know... instead of sitting, wasting their time it would be less if an issue. Due to the area, (majority black community) they feel as ifthey can offer the minimum service and we're supposed to accept it. I would've given a zero star rating. Read more
