There are morning when you wake up thinking that this is the day you are going to get your life together. You look in the mirror... at your disheveled hair and you think, "Just combing my hair will set today into the direction of something better." You go towork and get a ton of stuff knocked out and afterwards when you and your partner are going to a lecture you realize you have 20mins to eat and there is one place that you know will fill you up almost to the point of being uncomfortable but still happy.This is the place to go. Stood against the wall for 30 minutes after my 7 o?clock order wasn?t made. When I asked if there was any confusing they just... dodged the question. Organization was non existent here. As an avid fan of Chipotle, this location didn?t compare as well as other locations. The portions didn?t seem appropriate for... the price, and the sizes at the Veterans location are far better in comparison. The food wasn?t particularly hot, which can beexcusable given the condiments are served chilled. But all in all, not worth the hefty price at this particular location. Irecommend Veterans or Harahan. Probably the messiest rolled burrito ball I?ve ever gotten from a chipotle. There was more food on the outside than the inside.... I ended up eating it with a fork in order to not waste my food. The rice was hard/gummy and the chips were stale. Take the tripto Metairie for better service and food. Read more

The customer service is terrible, the food is terrible. Chipotle should probably close this location to retrain.That?s sad, I... like chipotle but def will not be going back. Server did not even care to listen for what I wanted. Meaning ,?if I could pleasehave cheese on the side?-> placed cheese on bowl and then turned and blamed on me, ? may I please have lime juice? -> no wedon?t have that here(a first in any chipotle I?ve been too). To top it off the person two orders behind me was also nicelyasking for her meal when she said no cheese or cream please. The worker then poured cream on the bowl as the poor customerrepeated that she wanted none. I understand that orders sometimes are messed up but the worker put on a ugly face for both Iand the other customer, reacted as if it was our fault and then didn?t remedy the situation. Read more

This is the second poor review I have left for this location. My wife and I are Chipotle regulars and this is by far the worst... location that we frequent on a regular basis. The portion size has improved slightly, but still lags behind other Chipotlelocations. Yesterday, I tried to use my Chipotle Rewards points to claim a free entree, but the system did not automaticallyaccept it. The cashier seemed confused, and asked me to scan the rewards again, but this morning, I found that my credit cardwas charged the full amount (an extra $10) and my points used for the entree have vanished! This is not the first time I havehad issues with the rewards system at this location. Perhaps this is a corporate issue, but I don't have these issues at otherlocations. I understand that restaurants are short staffed, but that is no excuse for poor training of the staff that ispresent. Read more

The restaurant was so filthy and nasty . There wasn?t any spoons in the lobby, the food window was so filthy and cross... contaminated ! My chicken I ordered was soooo hard and rough, im assuming it was old. I?ve never had an experience like this one! Read more
