This was my first time at CC BBQ (in town from TX). I came because my Mom had been several times before and realized they... offered beef ribs; I don?t eat pork. My sister kept telling me we were going to the place with the pig. Pros: Everything! Thebeef rib plate was the best I?ve ever had in LA or TX. Tender and juicy, pull the meat off the bone with your fingers and itmelts in your mouth. It took me 2 days to eat the whole thing. The 5+4 was amazing. The choices you can have on it are worthit. Love the sauce and the pickles, too. Even the pellet ice was soft and good. ???? I loved the decor. The ?mean mugging? pigmade me laugh. I said he was mean and employee?s reply was ?but he?s delicious?. My family concurred with that. ???? Cons: Thechicken breast was a little dry - but just dip it in the sauce. Terrible customer service! Not handicapped accessible! It is not possible to talk to anyone there via phone except on the 'To... Go Order' line. The guy that answered the 'To Go Order' line was not happy to talk to me as I was not making a to go order. Asbest as I could gleam from this 'to go order guy' was that CC BBQ is not not wheel chair accessible, they have no handicappedparking spaces, and there is nowhere to have the handicapped van ramp deploy. They do not tell you about it but they CHARGE ASURCHARGE for CREDIT CARD purchases. Two Weeks Later... 10AUG22 ~ It is difficult to locate and get into the parking lot ifyou have not already been there. Their outside street sign is illegible and the parking lot entrance is small and not apparent. Enter off of South Rampart near the corner with Clio Street. The parking lot is irregular surface gravel. There is nohandicapped accessible parking and nowhere for a handicapped van to deploy the ramp. There is outside seating in two differentareas, an outside band stand, and separate dance area. Inside is well done, neat, & clean. It is cafeteria style where you gothrough the line to get to the wall menu, order, go get your drinks at the drink station, and carry a table number to your tableto wait for them to being your food to your table. Looked this place up while at the airport and it had good reviews and was close by our air b n b. We had a few hours before we... were able to check in so we went to find out for ourselves what the place was all about. The food was really good as well as theservice. Out bar tender was extremely cool and gave us a lot of info about the neighborhood. Will be back before we take off. Read more
The burnt ends were phenomenal The ribs were ok?.. The Mac n cheese had good flavor but it was super soft The pulled pork was... tender and flavorful The brisket chili was great, but a bit salty (and I love salt!) The cobbler was a pleasant blend of breadpudding and apple cobbler The sauces were all yummy, especially the white sauce The Brussels sprouts were super yummy! Absolutely Delicious We were late getting there and by the time we arrived they were out of most meats but still had enough... left to taste some and be completely blown away by the flavors. The ribs had such a great Smoky flavor and pulled off using theplastic fork effortlessly. So tender. I ventured to say these were some of the best I'd ever eaten. The house made jalapenocheddar sausage was remarkably fantastic to this Cajun who has small sausage smokers all around at home and the flavors were sogood I ranked it high. The brussel sprouts deserve their own separate rating as they are so good. Mac and cheese was fabulous aswell. I will be back. Read more

if you come as a tourist and your hotel is in down town or garden district, you should stop here. It's definitely not a fancy... area but these guys have created a nice BBQ place here. We have been here several times and we really liked it. Lots of meat,lots of beer, lots of space. The only thing I don't like is that the store closes quite early. Read more
The best bar b que I've tasted thus far. The food was so good and tender. well seasoned, I didn't even need to use any sauces on... the meat. The ribs practically fell off the bone and the fire pickles was amazing. Overall a great experience. absolutelyfantastic barbecue and for me the strawberry lemonade stole the show....I was thoroughly pleased. Read more
