Capulet is everything and more when it comes to a wedding venue! They were the third venue we toured with and third times the... charm really rung true here. We loved the versatility of the space and especially liked that we could do the whole day in oneplace. In my opinion the aesthetics of the venue really speak for itself. It's the perfect blank slate to make your weddingdreams become reality. The neighborhood gave off the perfect New Orleans vibe and we loved that we were able to have our weddingweekend in such a special place! We did our ceremony on the rooftop that has the must stunning views and did the receptiondownstairs. The whole venue was very spacious and we had plenty of room for our 120 guests + the band on the dance floor. Whatyou don't see from the pictures are the two people behind it. Working with Steve and Chris was one of the easiest parts of ourwedding planning process. Steve was so incredibly kind, answered our questions in a timely manner, and helped us stay organizedthroughout the process. Chris was such a joy to work with, he hand crafted our menu for the night and made sure to include ourfavorites with a creative twist from the chef. We got so many compliments on the food (can?t recommend the beignet?s enough!)and the venue! Steve, along with my planner, really made sure our day ran smoothly! We are forever grateful for the opportunityto work with the team at Capulet to bring our best day ever to life. If you're considering booking with them, this is your pushto commit. It's a great space with a really nice, large rooftop area. On the ground floor, it's a large space with a great fully stocked... bar. Came here actually for a wedding, so we had a limited menu. The drinks were good, but the food was just okay. Fried fish &braised chicken thighs seemed like they could've used more seasoning. Garlic green beans were decent, and the mac & cheese wasreally good. The cake & beignets were terrific! Parking is scarce, but maybe you can park across the street in the church lot.The street the venue is in needs serious improving. Drive slow. Read more
Wow! What a great restaurant and event space! Cool vibe with live music and well-crafted cocktails. Exceptional food, leaning on... the vegan side which were some of my favorites! Great hospitality. Mind-blowing gigantic rooftop patio. I'd love to hold anevent here, though worth a visit for the a la carte dining! Read more
Love to see a vegetarian-friendly menu in NOLA! So many options to choose from, with gluten free options, too. Everything was... very tasty and filling, and the drinks were unique. Live music is always a plus! Read more
The space is beautiful and is accommodating for larger groups. Cocktails are INCREDIBLE. Food came super quick and was... unbelievable. The beet tartare special was eerily reminiscent of beef tartare in taste and texture but so satisfying in its ownway. Amazing music. Huge recommendation! Read more
We had the best experience getting married at Capulet!! First of all, Capulet is gorgeous. The exposed brick, the high ceilings,... the roof deck views. Second of all, Capulet cares so much about their couples and the day that they want. We visited so manyvenues in New Orleans and no other place made us feel so special, singular, and heard. Steve and Chris listened to what weenvisioned and helped make it happen every step of the way. We never felt like we had to follow a template or choose from apre-determined list. Third of all, Y?ALL. THE FOOD. Chef Chris came up with a menu that had EVERYTHING we wanted and elevated itto a new delicious level. Everyone RAVED about the dinner and said it was the best wedding food they?ve ever had. Fourth of all,the people at Capulet. From Steve and Chris to every single staff person, they took care of us and made sure we had a greattime. We (the brides), our wedding party, and all our guests felt truly loved. Capulet is a magical place and we love that wecan come on weeknights for dinner and feel a little piece of the magic again. Capulet really is a wonderful place to get married. I?m a wedding planner and I really have enjoyed working there. Steve was... wonderful to work with, very responsive and helpful throughout the entire planning process. We had to make a few changes on thespot on the wedding day and he was able to easily adapt and guide his team to make the couples wedding dreams come true(seriously, rooftop dancing in the rain and it was incredible). What a pleasure this place was! I don't know what I was expecting, but it wasn't this. When you first walk up the space is super... cute gives me like Santorini vibes very simple cute color palette. When you go inside the space seems really trendy andexpansive! Lots of seating that's too close together. The bartender greeted us and explain the way things work. There are noservers that come take your order You just use the barcode and order from your phone and everything just comes out and you canhave your own tab and it's really simple and easy and fast. The cocktails and the food were all exceptional and they have agreat happy hour and gluten-free menu! The bathrooms were clean and spacious and I definitely can't wait to go back! Read more
