Reviews for Café Conti in New Orleans, LA
FROM A TOURIST PERSPECTIVE: Bourbon street and that area has a plethora of coffee shops, so it can get overwhelming on which one... to choose. I decided to walk a little around the block and have a more intimate setting. - It was located inside a boutiquehotel called Prince Conti Hotel, but had a store front view. - Store hours are from 7 am to Noon every day - Kitchen is nowopen - The pastries are from a local bakery and TOP NOTCH - The lovely woman, I believe her name was Freya, helped us with ourorders and made the transaction so much easier! - I have found a new love of coffee thanks to her!!! - I ordered a Cafe Au Laitand added White Chocolate, per her suggestion once she heard what I liked, along with a sticky pecan bun....YUMMY If you are intown, please try it. Limited seating, but who cares. Get the coffee and continue exploring the area. Will return when back intown! Read more

Set inside the hotel by the same name, a quaint spot perfect for breakfast. The staff were great and courteous. My "small" chai... latte was a massive cup, so I was pleased. It was delicious and frothy. My husband equally enjoyed his black coffee. I had aCroquet Madam and he a Breakfast Po Boy, and we happily shared them both. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. No cons tothis sweet little cafe! Read more
My group and I decided to have breakfast here one morning to get a good feel of the city and see some of the old hotels. The... service was swift and friendly. My only gripe would be the price point compared to the portion size and overall taste. My mealwasn't flavored and that was also the consensus around the table. I ordered a chicken dish and it contained less than a halfportion of a breast fillet. The atmosphere was pleasing and the artwork definitely attracted the wandering eye. Read more
This was the worst service that we have had in New Orleans! We walk into restaurant and were rudely told to wait outside as they... get table ready! Took less than a minute. Five of us were sat at a four top, which was fine. We were given water that was neverrefilled, 4oz glasses! Ordered coffee that we had to ask for a refill. The food was a 2 star, and that is being very nice, thesegirls acted like they didn?t want to be there! Let me just say if one of these people were the owners they need to get a jobwhere you don?t have to work with customers!!! Read more
Excellent food and very good service. Three of us came here for breakfast, and had the banana almond French toast,... chicken/mushroom/gruyere crepe (pictured) and a mushroom/cheese omelette. Service was fast, and the coffee was also very good.Would definitely recommend you arrive early, as it?s a small space and can fill up quickly. Read more
Quiet little place. We went early and glad we did, as it got busy once we were seated. Staff was okay, not as welcoming as other... places in NOLA. But the food was fresh and delicious. The salmon was completely yummy. The crepe was cooked beautifully. Thereare lots of fun things on the menu as well as classic breakfast. Just work on some southern hospitality. ???? Read more
