Easily my favorite Louisiana fare as it's stuffed with French flares and an amazing courtyard! Every time I come here, it has... been a pleasant experience and a delicious meal. Their shrimp & grits is my personal favorite and go-to entree, partnered withBrussel Sprouts, & a mussels plate. Finally we got their Banana Foster Waffle!! Everything was perfect & delicious, musteats! @phidingthefam Read more

Made a reservation through Google a couple of weeks in advanced for late September. I requested the courtyard and was seated in... a nice little and cozy courtyard. My reservation was at 5pm so the space was empty - we were the first couple to enter. Thestaff is friendly although small, so do expect a long time to pass before your food is brought out. As an example, I was seatedby 5:05pm, received my appetizer about 5:40, and my main planted a few minutes past 6pm. The food was good, the drinks wererefreshing, and the atmosphere was very tranquil. Just sit back and relax. I had 1 small plate (app), 2 main plates, 1 dessert,2 cocktails, and 1 coffee. All came about $115 + tip. Read more

Lovely restaurant offering a somewhat refined take on Louisiana cuisine. The beet, pear and goat cheese salad as well as the... pepper glazed shrimp were delicious appetizers, although I'd prefer the latter not to be served on baby greens. Our entrée, thebraised beef short rips, was absolutely fantastic. Read more

Last night, I had the most enchanting experience at this beautiful restaurant. The ambience was absolutely perfect. It was too... hot outside to eat in their gorgeous courtyard but we did get to eat inside and it was truly delightful. The chairs are socomfortable and the tables have such a warm feeling. My husband and I felt so welcomed and loved here. Everyone was so nice andyou could tell that they loved each other and anyone who walked in their door. They loved the music and it was so fun to seethem dance and sing while working. It was small plates day. My husband and I got four small plates and it was honestly morethan enough food. The pear and apple soup was _amazing_! We both got emotional over how good it was. Honest. You could taste thelove that went into that soup. We also loved. the salad, Brussels sprouts and the sandwich. I highly recommend this place toeveryone! You will not be disappointed. Oh I should say, we couldn’t make a reservation online so I thought we’d get turnedaway when we just showed up, but they totally got a table for us, so don’t be dismayed if there aren’t reservationsavailable online. Call or just go. You will not regret it. Super close to Jackson Square. Seriously my favorite restaurant inNew Orleans!! Everything about this was perfect! Read more

Outdoor small courtyard in the back of the main restaurant. The outside courtyard was dog friendly (they brought our doggo... water too which was lovely) I suggest calling to see if they have a table available bc there were only 8 tables. The staffwas amazing and the gumbo and breakfast sandwich was so good! Drinks were tasty too! Note: this is a smaller menu so check itout online. Read more

I stopped in New Orleans on a “drive by” going cross-country, so has no reservations. I got to the restaurant at 5pm on the... Friday before Fat Tuesday. I got right in-but was only offered outdoor seating. It was a little breezy and chilly. I think Iwas too early for the night crowds, just after the day crowds, judging by the way the streets cleared out. I like that the menuis not overwhelming. The service was good, friendly & helpful. I had the Beet, Pear & Goat cheese salad & the Pork Chop withGrits & Andouille sausage. Both were excellent. Chop was perfectly cooked and tender, grits had some nice bite to them and thesauce was flavorful. Salad had a beautiful balsamic reduction. If I were to criticize anything it would be that I would haveliked the beets julienned instead of the larger chunks they used. Highly recommended! Read more

This is one of the cutest place in New Orleans for brunch. Their courtyard is so photogenic. The food and the service were both... top notch. If you do walk-in, the wait time can be long so I highly recommend that you make a reservation ahead of time. Forreservation, you can choose to sit inside their dining room or out in the courtyard. For food, highly recommend that you trytheir shrimp and grits. It was so tasty. Pair that with a side of salad and you will love it. Read more
