Four employees were sitting at a table and there were about eight people dining inside. It?s a little before 3pm on a Tuesday.... Drive thru had cars in it. As I approached the door, it was locked. Everyone turned and looked at me, including the employees.I figured I should go around and use the other door. That one was locked too. One of the employees filmed me and then he feltbad and started to walk towards me to unlock the door. Then another employee stopped him. The part that bothers me is that thepeople that worked there avoided eye contact like I was the plaque. Like, just tell me to go through the drive thru instead offilming me and avoiding me simultaneously. But, what do you expect - only children work at fast food restaurants. Read more
The burger, bun, fries & drink were well prepared. I could eat another combo today.
I arrived at the drive-thru at approximately 10:32 a.m. proceed to order with my coupon which was a snack box which included a... cheeseburger, eight piece nuggets, fries and drink. The gentleman that came on the speaker said they were not ready withoutasking me my order. He said you must come back, because we are not ready. I'm like no it's after 10:30 you should be ready forlunch. He stated it again, well you have to come back I'm not ready. Okay fine drives up to the window and look into the storeand he is leaning on the drive thru sandwich board on his phone plugged into the wall socket there. Then a young lady comes tothe window I asked her what was his name because he says it was Kevin Garner and she said oh no that's not Kevin so now they'replaying games still yet it no order and he is saying we are not ready you have to come back well by now it's 10:40 and I'msitting on the timer waiting patiently right then he said what you want me to do which part you didn't understand you got tocome back. It wasn't that busy if I'm still on the timer at this time sitting there waiting for somebody to say can I take yourorder or we're ready take your order. This young man with the blue shirt on open the windows and tells me at this point I haveto go around because he cannot take my order at the window at this time 10 45 I just decided to pull off the lot and go nextdoor to McDonald's. This place shuts down daily at two in the afternoon.... Dine in and drive through! We got in before it closed. Service took... forever but the food was okay. The dining room had old torn banners crumpled on the floor. The entire store had an uncared forappearance. It was so different from other BK experiences that it's become a standard joke for us. Food is ok but portion is way small and overpriced. I wont visit a BK again ever. Wendy's is better and priced lower. If I want... a fast burger at a fair cost its FIVE GUYS or I cook at home ! Read more
They were supposed to give me a large chocolate shake with no whipped cream a double bacon cheeseburger and a large fry this is... the pic of what I got. No large fry no double bacon cheeseburger what I got was maybe and this is giving it a little a mediumfry and a junior Burger...... You know I probably wouldn't mind quite as much if I got a receipt when they handed me back 12cents change when I handed her a $10 bill... At least I could have gone in and tried to collect my money or at least get theorder straight needless to say convenience isn't there if you don't get the order right very sad I know there's a virus outthere but very sad helps hard to find but obviously you all ain't finding any Read more
