I hadn't been to this Burger King location since June 2022 due to the service I received. However, today I decided to try their... breakfast, sausage, egg and cheese combo. The lady that served me, I think her is name Precious, was extremely thoughtful andmade sure my order was correct, my meal was excellent, no old grease tasted, it was done right! Disgusting Big King Fish Ever, I'm So Disappointed ????, For 11 Dollars, This Burger King, must be cooking on a Dirty Grill, it... didn't make sense to bring it back, because I knew the food was going to be cooked on the same filthy Grill, I don't get arefund but I sure get to write this, Review!!!! I?ve only been here a handful of times but every time I go they are out of something. The last two times I ordered and paid for... a double whopper and received a single and the fries weren?t cooked all the way. I?m done giving this place chances. I?m onlygiving two stars because at least the ladies that I encountered at the window were nice. Read more

Customer service was cool and the food was hot! BUT the food was cooked in old used oil and it killed the entire appetite that I... had. Wait wasn?t bad but I would?ve preferred fresh food. The ladies that were at work today was pleasant throughout. Read more

The lil girl with the light blue pullover after telling me pull to the left once I ordered my food and rudely I might add. The... little professional she wasn't told me when I asked for ketchup if they had some it would have been in the bag an walked off. Iwill never come here again an I bet that's why they are literally the only fast food chain on a street filled with fast foodcustomers the only one empty I advise people to just wait in line at somewhere who wants your business be they dont. Other reviews say it all: exceedingly slow service; poor service; constantly out of a large portion of their menu; understaffed;... the list goes on. I?ve tested this place out three times for mobile delivery orders through their app. The first time my orderwas cancelled outright by the Burger King; the second time I was missing half of my order; and the third time they sent me thecompletely wrong order - my total was around $25 and I was sent a small cheeseburger and small fries. The poor Doordash driversthat are forced to deliver these meals are constantly working with both hands tied behind their backs. The only bright spot isthat Burger King itself will happily refund your order when this specific establishment gets it wrong, so there is that atleast, though arriving back at square one is a fairly low bar. One of the issues with mobile delivery orders is that thedrivers can?t actually see the orders themselves. My most recent delivery person showed me what she had on her phone, and all itsaid was ?Multiple items?. This makes it impossible for Doordash to do Burger King?s job for them, even though they actuallywould if they could even if it shouldn?t be necessary. The end result is a driver showing up with what they hope is the correctorder, and is almost certainly not the correct order given this establishment?s long and storied history of ineptitude. Longstory short: don?t get a mobile delivery from this place. You are essentially gambling with your time but in this instance noone wins. Read more

We arrived at the drive through window at 11:29pm tonight! There were two cars ahead of us so we thought this Burger King on... Chef Menteur Highway (On Gentilly Blvd) was open. Two more vehicles pulled up behind us and waited as well! 15 minutes went by.. . No one came to the window. . . 20 minutes went by. . . No one. The two vehicles in front of us finally pulled off. As wepulled up to the window, we noticed two Burger King Employees inside. One was cutting onions (A female) and the other (A male)was removing onions rings from the fryer. But, NO ONE ever came to the window to take our order. The hours of operation statedthat it closed at 1:00 AM!!! So, how come NO ONE CAME TO THW WINDOW? Our daughter got out of our vehicle and knocked on theglass to get their attention. . . To no avail! I?ve NEVER seen anything like this in my life. If your establishment is supposedto be opened until 1:00 AM then you should accommodate the customers who are waiting to be served. We saw French fries andonion rings sitting in the fryer basket. We saw cooked food sitting on the shelf under the warming light. We saw two employeesignoring customers wanting a service that they could have provided! HORRIBLE!! Those two employees should be fired! The Managershould be fired! The owners of this Franchise should be notified! I will be sending the video and pictures I took to the BurgerKong?s Corporate Office. Taste, location and price were all good to great; but the SERVICE... left a lot to be desired; to me Customer Service is a "make... or break" situation. Stopping in to order breakfast for my Granny: one Breakfast Platter & 2 cups of Joe (one for her & one forme); I drove around to the cashier's window to pay for and receive my coffee & food order. My food was presented to me, butthere was no coffee. I was asked to pull to the front to wait for COFFEE... yessss COFFEE!!!!!! I did as instructed; 5 minutesin, I still was coffee-less. Sad part is had I not gone in, I might still be waiting, me and the others cars as well. The foodwas tasty & temperature appropriate. We used a coupon, so this made the food EVEN better. The coffee was tasty as well & in aninsulated cup, with a lid, so no burns here. Yesssss. Ample parking. Moderately clean store. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Read more
