I wanted to like this place as it?s close to my home. However, the girl at the counter was so rude I decided not to order and... leave. They will not get my money! It?s no wonder why they?re never busy. Their positive reviews are also questionable. CASEAND POINT by the ignorance of the owner's response. My dog is a legal ESA! There are also NO SIGNS stating that there are ?Nodogs? allowed. Clearly, the lack of customer service starts at the top. Came into town and found this lovely place up the street from my Airbnb. Fell in love the first day. The avocado toast was... amazing and the smoothies were refreshing and fulfilling. I recommend the ?Big Zoe? or ?Yeah with the yeah?. My group and Iliterally went there for breakfast every day until we left. The service was fast and friendly. 1.) Prices changes based on the owners mood 2.) Misinformation and representation on the labeling 3.) Once you are identified as... a tourist you will be price gouged 4.) Supplements are unsealed and the correct amount of capsules is NOT inside the bottle 5.)No instructional information is given with the supplements Although the location is aesthetically pleasing do not be misled. Iwanted to buy a smoothie but flies kept landing on the fruit as the young ladies were cutting and processing the items to beplaced inside of the blender so I decided against getting a smoothie and instead support this establishment by purchasingsupplements. While reading the supplements I decided I wanted four different items - I motioned and ask the gentleman at theregister who I later found out was the owner how much the supplements on the wall cost he then quoted me $35 per bottle whichwas perfectly fine. Once I chose the supplements that I wanted he then proceeded to tell me that two of the four supplementswere 3x the price previously quoted - (the bottles are not priced) I was taken aback by this and asked if there are any packagesor groups of supplements that he would recommend he said yes and proceeded to hand me a paper bag with three different cleansesinside he quoted me a price of $50 - I paid and left to come home with my bag upon opening each one of the purchased supplementsI realized the bottles are half empty and open - completely unsealed which is alarming - I'm extremely disappointed consideringI don't live in Louisiana and cannot easily return these bottles to the store. I feel lied to and I feel like he took advantageof me because I was not from New Orleans I would not recommend patronizing this place for supplements. *Each 100 capsule bottleonly has 30 pills in it Read more
