I had the gumbo/rice, with a side of spicy chicken flat bread, and chocolate cheesecake, yummy! I also had a mixed drink ????,... not sure what it was? But it was good! I didn't feel like driving to grab something to eat, and decided on eating at the hotel..very convenient and worth it! (This isn't a buffet) Thank you, Hung! (Gumbo obviously wasn't authentic, but it was convenient) 4stars for the service, drink and cheesecake. Read more
Very good breakfast selection. My favorite was the bread pudding , chicken sausage , and grits !! Can you say delicious !?!?... Kudos to whoever made the grits today ?. Read more
This is a really nice lunch option close by one of the locations where I work. This is a buffet but think a NOLA style buffet. ... On the buffet are options like red beans and rice, gumbo, just to list a couple of options. The buffet is broken into a numberof sections, a salad bar, sandwich bar, soup bar, dessert bar and an entree bar. To top this off, there is also an option, withthe full buffet, to create your own entree where you pick options from a menu card provided. The food is really good andservice is awesome to boot. I had the light fare breakfast. It was $18. The full fare is $24. It's a bit pricey, but that's what is expected in a... hotel. It's the average serving of breakfast buffet. They serve the drinks in these itty-bitty cups. Maybe that's a goodidea for juice, but for water, I'd rather a larger cup. If you gave time, I'd say go out and get breakfast outside of thehotel. Food is ok but service is not very good sometimes, waited to get table , waited for server , waited for server to get omlette... card , waited for omlette, finally got myself, server finally came back for coffee, asked manager for sugar free syrup and shesaid she would get and never saw her again , server finally checked and they didn't have any , 2nd visit was a lot better ,service was better and faster , also tried for lunch and liked the buffet , thank you! This place is amazing for breakfast. The grits were so creamy and all the fruit was fresh. I usually stay at Hyatt Regency for... work in other states. I had a raspberry danish and wanted to know if I could get it here. Bruce Banks took about 15 minutes andgot it to me. He brought it to the table and was willing to do anything to make my morning easier. I will definitely be back. Read more
Really good price and value for a hotel buffet. Sophisticated salad bar. Hot line option is a minor upcharge. Chocolate bread... pudding and choice of sauces was great. Read more
Wonderful breakfast buffet. With to-go option. Totally worth the price of $26.
