It has been a few mornings where they dont have any sandwiches 15 minutes after being open. I am pretty sure that if you open at... 7 am you should be there earlier to have stuff ready for 7. First time at this location and my last. I stood at the counter waiting for one of the workers, who were standing around... talking, to come take my order. I had to wave at them to get their attention. When one of the workers came over, I asked for the2 chicken sandwiches for $7. He said they were on for $8. I said that the big sign on the wall says 2 for $7. He says that itrings up for $8. It's not my fault that it's ringing up at the wrong price. The advertised sign says differently. I wish I had ablack marker because I would have changed the sign to $8. When I really wanted to take the sign off the wall for falseadvertising. Didn't get a name of the male worker, or a receipt. Ordered a whopper last night, just the sandwich inside the store. Waited patiently for quite a while, and then an order that was... ordered inside after mine came out first. When it was mentioned I had ordered earlier one of the staff members grabbed a bag offof the order slots. What I received was not my burger, it was a plain burger with ketchup, and it was luke warm ..... not veryimpressed, would have went back in and asked for my money back but by this point we were already running late so didnt havetime. Will not be ordering food here again. Very disapointed, I always remembered Burger King having good burgers back in theday. Read more

The food tasted hours old, shriveled up chicken nuggets, cold hard fries. The burger was the only thing that was warm and I am... fully aware BK microwaves them so surely that is why. The order came out lightning fast; that was a dead give away they wereserving up only already made items and nothing fresh. There was no one in the dining room and no one else in the drive-thru, soit was likely sitting for a while. Management, you should be ashamed of what was served to my family and more concerned for thehealth of your customers. The hot food items are allowed to be prepared and held in the heat trays for a specified amount oftime per BK standards, but these items were without a doubt well over that amount of time. Retrain your staff, and if it wasyourselves working, perhaps consider selling your franchise to someone who cares. Read more
