Love this LJS! Every time I go there, the food is always hot and delicious. It doesn't seem like it has been sitting all day... under a heat lamp. The staff is very friendly. The restaurant is always clean on the inside, which makes for a nice, invitingplace to eat. Read more

I placed an online order and gave them over an hour to get my order ready. Went to the drive thru to pick it up and was told no... that I had to come inside to do pick up. Stupidest thing ever. Once inside my order was not even ready they wanted me to waitanother 10 minutes for an order of rice that again was placed over an hour before pick up. I told them to just give me slaw Ididn't have time to wait. Once home my order was not even right. I had no chicken in either meal. I had 2 platter meals of Fish,Chicken and Shrimp. They also didn't give me my condiments I ordered so, now I have zero rice, zero chicken and zero condiments.I will not be going back. I tried to file a complaint with corporate office but no one answered the phone. I gave 1 star becauseI can't give them a big fat zero. Read more

Me and my father been eating here for years ever since I can remember, here recently they make you put diapers on your face to... order, even though they have a huge shield surrounding the counter and it is not mandatory to wear them even though no one wearsthem around this area at all, they refuse to serve us. So after many years of being a customer and ringing that bell....me andmy father will not be eating there ever again. We will go to captain Ds instead. Read more

Shorted my order. There is no reason I should have to check my bag of my order to make sure these people have done there... jobs. It's every place anymore, half butted service. No one has pride in what they do, no matter the job. Changing to 3 starsbecause food is always good. Read more

I Love this place. Not only are the workers great and very personable, the good is made fresh to order. They will go out of... their way to try to accomidate your needs. The management is set up in such a way that there's always a manager on duty and anassistant there as well. The resturant as a whole is usually clean and tidy but could use extra oil cleanser on the floors andtable areas. Great place to get a good meal!!! Read more
