I really don?t know how this location is even still open! It?s horrible, staff just seem to run in circles, NEVER get my mobile... order right, always missing items, my latte isn?t even hot or warm for that matter, they?ve tried giving me a medium drinkbefore when I ordered and paid for a large and this time my drink wasn?t even close to a full cup! Then having to stand thereand wait forever to ask for my correct order is ridiculous. Seriously get it together! Any other location is better than thisone, unfortunately I?ve given them too many chances to get it together. I don?t want to order anymore from this locationbecause it?s such a pain. Read more

This location has always struggled to provide the quality and service that other Dunkin franchises do so well. Consistently... gets an order wrong, even with mobile order. I go about 3-4 times a week and I can?t wrap my head around how they continue toscrew up so bad. Shame on me for hoping that they will somehow get their act together. For example: mobile order -unsweetened iced tea with 2 pumps of liquid cane sugar. Ticket on cup is accurate but they gave me iced black coffee with 2liquid cane sugar. When ordering a basic iced coffee with the standard flavor swirl and cream, they either forget the cream orconsistently cheat the number of pumps for the flavor swirls, The standard for the medium is 3 flavor swirl pumps, 3 cream. How do I know they short the flavor swirl pumps, it doesn?t taste like any other locations in Maryland or out of state. The Spanish speaking employees was rude . I stopped there on my way back from West Virginia. Paid with a $50 dollar bill. The... kid at the register insisted on speaking Spanish to me every other word. Kept inspecting the bill while the older woman wasmaking comments on the bill being counterfeit. When he finally charged me for my order it took 15 minutes to get my order .Which was wrong I asked for 25 chocolate munchkins they gave me mixed munchkins. 2 ice creams which took 10 minutes for theyoung man to get. On top of this did not gave me a receipt. PLEASE TEACH YOUR Bilingual employees to use their second languageSpanish or whatever it is with the non speaking English customers. Also To stop being rude and making nasty comments in Spanishbecause there is more than one person out there that understand what they are saying. I didn?t get a receipt. I went Thur the drive Thur to order a donut. I had to repeat my one donut 3 times when they are talking and keep asking me what... is my order. The lady so busy talk to her employee and the same time asking me what is my order. Then I went to pay she throw myorder inside my car. How rude she is and then talking about me in Spanish. Never open on time, had someone sip my drink to see if they added flavor to it. Order accuracy is poor.
