Absolutely love the sweet treats. The vegan fruit bars are delicious! Also enjoyed the oversized pumpkin chocolate chip muffin.... A previous visit I moaned over the maple blondie bar ???? Also love the expresso. Assorted fun gifts are available including adiscount table. Read more

Nice coffee shop and community hub. All the drinks, Chai?s, Golden Milks and vegan options. Amazing baked goods, gluten free... options and large smoothie menu with healthy additives. Amazing coffee and baked goods! I was visiting from Texas with my kids that are dairy and soy free. We had to plan a 5 day... vacation to not go out to eat because it's just too challenging. So it was a miracle to find out that in New London there was acoffee shop that had gluten free, dairy free, soy free treats for my kids and myself! So loved the live edge counters and my oatmilk latte and their GF DF pumpkin muffins were so good we came back the next day to get more! The next time my brother fliesdown to Texas he needs to bring a box of treats from Grounds for us, they were that good! Read more
Wow! I?ve never had so many interesting Gluten Dairy Soy free options before! The owner was able to give me info about the... ingredients right away.
