The guy at the counter was friendly and very accommodating. The food was hot, fresh, and very good. We had just come from a... nearby steakhouse where we waited to get seated, then we were told the kitchen was backed up and we would have to wait around ahalf hour more to get our food once we ordered We were on our way to a local event, so we decided to leave the steakhouse and goto Wendy's instead. So glad we did! Wendy's was a whole lot less expensive, much less of a wait, and it wasn't crowded, dark,and noisy like the steakhouse. My husband and I were able to talk and enjoy our food without having to rush. We are so glad wedecided to leave the other place and stop in Wendy's. An all around enjoyable experience. Read more
I love ?? wendys.. its way better quality than MD or BK. Lots of options too. And inside they have a super soda dispenser that... has maybe 30 different sodas. Its neat to see all the variety. Quick turnaround on food never really have to wait long. Drivethrough can be busy but moves fast enough. Read more
Wow! After being ignored at the counter for a good 5minutes, we watched 2 employees in street clothes and long hair, no hats or... hair covers milling about behnd the counter. Then the surprised-to-see-us counter worker mumbled something while looking at usso we assumed he was ready to take our order. While we stood on the sticky floor waiting, we witnessed more than one breech ofcommon sense sanitary practices. The employee who appeared to be a manager was handling the fries wearing no gloves andrepeatedly touched some control buttons, and shifted his headset without cleaning his hands in between. Meanwhile the counterworker dropped a small container of sauce on the floor, throw it away, and reappeared with regular paper napkins, wipes up thespill from the floor then continue to handle wrapped food and open fries- he never washed his hands even though we couldclearly see a handwashing sink just feet away from him. Eat somewhere else. If you eat here try not to slip on the floor and break something and do not order the taco sallad.... Prepackaged food-sadness with the worst excuse for a chili con carne I've seen outside of an 80's school kitchen. But theveggies were reasonable fresh at least. Read more
Went to try their breakfast for the first time. Absolutely disgusting, the French toast stix where soggy , the breakfast... sandwiches where hard. First time trying their frosty ice coffee and it was just creamer. When asked about it they said that?show it?s supposed to be. Never again might as well throw it in the trash Read more
Hot honey chicken sandwhich came with barely any sauce but managed to be soggy. barely any bacon on baconator fries. not to... mention it took me 30 minutes to wait to get my order taken and get my food. its supposed to be fast. workers were disinterestedand moaning, groaning and complaining. worst sevice ever Read more
