They are supposed to be open at 10:30, went through the drive thru and the girl says they open at 11. Fine, waited around... because I still had a couple minutes for my lunch breath. Go back through the drive at 1105 and she says they don?t open until11:30. Like how are you continuing to push the time back. A waste of time, so unprofessional. WORST KFC EVER! Went there tonight, pulled up to the drive thru at 7:50 pm, girl said they were closed. When I asked what time... they closed she stated 7:30 pm! This is not posted anywhere on the store doors, windows or drive thru! Looked up on therewebsite and states they're open til 8pm! She is a liar! I'm going to guess KFC corporate wont be happy to hear about this, and Iwill be informing them that paying customers were being turned away! Proves no one is interested in working, lazy people! Fast service and always fresh chicken .. they play 60s music in the background a plus for me. Such a Relaxing atmosphere.
Please check your food before you leave. It happens all the time at this location. Ordered sandwich and tenders tailgate deal... and extra 12 piece tender - only got the tenders i ordered extra and not the meal plus zero sauces - to make it worse, the Lobbydoor was locked so we had to wait through the drive thru for a Mobil pickup order.. no one would answer the phone when we triedto call for the rest of our order. Every time I try to order online (today was 6-19 at 7:15 they close at 9pm) it says the store is closed. They are also... constantly running out of chicken (original). I don?t know it there is some sort of turn over but the service has really gonedown hill. It?s sad. Thank goodness they opened up the arbys down the street! Read more
This KFC is terrible. Not because of the food but because the staff is lazy. There?s always an excuse why they choose not to... take orders and are CLOSED EARLY. The favorite is we are understaffed? when they clearly aren?t . Stay away from here. A bunchof lazy ppl. This place will go out of business soon for hiring the wrong ppl. Read more
This particular location has got to be one of the worst. The coleslaw was dry and completely flavorless like it's been sitting... around for ages. The chicken I had to wait and I thought it would be fresh. Sadly it was dry and it looked like it was reheatedthe skin was barely sticking to the chicken. There are a lot of better choices in town for fried chicken unfortunately this KFCis not one of them. Read more
Not worth your time. Slow. Wrong order. Hit the drive thru 12/3/22 around 5:45 because the lobby is not open for dining. The... person taking our order could not let us say anything without asking if that?s all for our order. They did not get our ordercorrect either by charging us for what we asked for or by shorting us items. We pulled up slightly to be polite because thedrive thru was backed up and checked our bag and found 3 items to be missing, but I?m not sure because we also didn?t get areceipt. So at that point we either could wait in line for another 15 minutes or forget about it because we couldn?t go in tocorrect it. We went home. Read more
