Five Guys makes on of my favorite burgers, but it just doesn't make sense to go here anymore. For the same price as a burger,... you can go to a sit down restaurant and order a burger, fries, and a drink. On our last visit, our fries were soggy and old,but that's not typically the case. We will go back, but maybe in a few months instead a of a few weeks. Read more
Yo, I love five guys and I?m not the type to leave negative reviews but tonight was ridiculous. I was pretty clear in my order... and everything on the receipt was correct except the cashier forgot to put one burger on the order? and then every single burgerthat WAS made was made completely incorrectly. I think out of 4 burgers, only one of them had even half of what was requestedbut still not correct. 3/4 should?ve had hamburgers but all had cheese, 3/4 should?ve had bacon but only 2 did, one was supposedto have mushrooms and grilled onions but had neither, and the list goes on. The toppings were completely wrong / flip floppeddespite it being clear on the receipt, but we were the only customers so it wasn?t the wrong order. No idea how that?s evenpossible to THAT extent. $70 for that? kinda wack. Read more

Just take a look at this burger and tell me if you think it's worth $9.00 (cheese burgers its $11.00). Honestly, the bun was... soggy, the meat was way to overcooked to taste anything, and they put cold mushrooms on it giving it the most awefultastes. Also WHY are you smashing the meat and letting all the juices run out? Are we that brain dead in making a burger? Whydo you purposely mess that up? There's a Wendy's across the street. Buy a burger there and buy one at five guys and you'll seethere's no difference. All those signs in saying it's the best burger are all lies anyway. Read more
Where do I start, okay first of all the store was filthy, every single table trashed, second this was my first and last time... going there simply because $8 for a burger yeah no, total $20 for three things! fries where super salty, burger was gross andguess what stuff was not stocked!!! Had to take my pop with no lid when I went up and asked for a lid all three employeesdisappeared to god knows where anyway, there was only kids working no adult in sight to control how obnoxiously loud they whereand believe me I?m not one to care, but anyway next time I?ll just go ahead and go to portillos across the street better valuefor my pennies anyway. Food is excellent although prices have increased where small fries, cheeseburger, and large soda is over $20. There "Little... Fries" can feed 2-3 people. I do wish they come out with a better size for one person. I do love their food. The store was emptywhen I went at 11:30am. Read more
