I don?t normally post reviews but I had to because of how great the staff here is. I really appreciate this after a long day or... work or just because. I normally go to the Dunkin in Joliet or New lenox by Walmart. All the other ones don?t compare at all tothe customer service from this dunkin! This will now be my go to dunkin. JC is very kind as well as many others. I hope themanagement is showing these workers some appreciation because they deserve it. Read more
This Dunkin' inside the Lenny's Food n Fuel has the friendliest staff! I am a regular and often/usually order ahead using the On... the Go feature of the app. They always greet me warmly and my order is always exact! Thank you all for caffeinating us with asmile! :) Read more
I came to this Dunkin? Donuts a few days ago with my sister before heading to Silver Cross Hospital. The line went by quickly,... it?s in a great location, and the drive-through itself is very nicely decorated. The inside looked very clean and the womantaking orders was very kind. When I pulled up to pay and she passed me the drinks, she told me to just be careful because thelids were a little weird today. I think by weird she met that they weren?t working at all because as soon as I drove away thelid fell off my drink and spilled all over me and my seat. My sister carefully held her cup but every single time she woulddrink out of the straw and her cup would tip, it would leak in spill all over her clothes. It was a disaster and I wouldn?t ofordered had I known. For what its worth, the few sips we manage to salvage were good. Read more
Every time I go there and purchace an easy ice beverage, cup is full of ice. 3/8/19 ordered an iced macchiato easy ice got drink... full of ice and told employee i order an easy ice, they remove ice and ended up with less coffee it happens all the time Read more
Fast service and courteous staff. However, my frozen latte wasn't mixed well and I wound up drinking all the flavor (coconut... caramel girlscout cookie) in about 2 sips, which left me with a large and bitter iced coffee. It wasn't terrible but it wasn'tthe experience I had hoped for. Still get 4 stars for the nice staff and fast service. Read more
Average donuts, good service, smells good like a bakery. Still is a little pricey for a donut.
