Service was good, food was ok, one order of boneless wins was really hard but everything else was on point.
This is my first time and now our last time at this particular location. First, order was the buffalo chicken wrap. The lettuce... tomatoes and cheese must have been cut up in the morning and I've been sitting around all day as they were very wilty and tastedstale. Next I had the chicken sandwich with the same wilty lettuce and tomatoes along with mayonnaise and pickle. This one waseven worse than my wife's selection. The chicken was severely overcooked the breading was so stiff you barely bite into it. Thechicken was so dry that it was inedible. This is a disgrace for a chicken base restaurant for God's sakes! But it just goes toshow you the lack of care that management and the staff have for the customer. I will take my business elsewhere next time. Read more

The drinks are great! But, the Buffalo wings were very salty. I ask for dry Buffalo sauce on my wings and it tasted pretty salty
These are the most pathetic excuse for boneless I've ever had. This is my first time trying BWW and I can't believe this hyped... up national chain charged me money for this. Boneless are TINY and SAD. The breading was a quarter inch thick and dry as dirt.The chicken inside was like jerky. I am sure these had been sitting on a shelf for hours and were put in a microwave for me. Andsomehow it took them 20 minutes to do that and serve to me. The sauce was barely drizzled over the top, not even properlycoated. All this on top of the disgusting flavor of processed chemical spice, even the parmesan boneless were spicy because ofthe dreadful "spice" baked into the crusty, dry as cement batter. I love their food and the friendly service. It just takes too long from the time we order the food till it comes to the table.... Also they have great drinks on menu but the bartender is not always the best at making sure they are mixed right. I will be backto give them another chance. But eventually will go and recommend other places if they don't improve. Read more
Horrible service in general. It started when I walked through the door. I was asked if wanted a bar seat, then when asked the... greeter for a table he seemed aggravated that I even asked for a table. Once sat we were passed up my waiters 5-6 times not onceasked for our drink order, didn?t receive any plates/utensils. We sat there for about 30 min not being asked 1 thing. We thenleft frustrated and ended up and another restaurant down the road. This location is not properly staffed or taught any customerservice at all. Read more
