We stopped by Mavericks this morning passing through on our way home from the Berkshires and could not be more glad that we did!... The owner was so kind and excited to welcome us in. He let us try several of his delicious homemade sauces and made us somegreat sandwiches, one of which was off the menu! Everything is fresh and most items are made from scratch. Food was great and everyone was beyond friendly on our first visit! Sarah's peanut butter chocolate chip cookies are amazing and... everyone needs at least two :) Couple of things to keep in mind: 1. It is on the pricier side but when considering inflationand supporting a small local business it is worth it! 2. They run out of bagels, hard rolls, etc. especially on the weekend itseems so get there early or have a back up in mind for what you might want to order!! Read more
