after a long day on the road, the woman behind the counter thought i had "had too many" and refused to serve me food or drink.... Perhaps i didn't look put together enough for her. This is the most embarrassing restaurant experience i have ever had andcouldn't believe. this lady is in the service industry. Read more
Rude and weak pizza. I went in for a few slices of pizza. Ordered and sat down at a table. When my pizza came out, it was in a... box. I didn?t mind as I wasn?t sure I would eat it all. I started to eat and they asked me to leave. I guess you can?t eat fromtheir box in their dine in restaurant. They claimed I asked for it to go, which I don?t remember. They were so rude about it.Plus their pizza is tasteless and weak. Given there was one table with people, maybe if they weren?t so rude, they would getmore business. I would not recommend. Read more
The WORST customer service I think I?ve ever encountered. Granted - my kids were being noisy by singing their ABCS ?but the... people nearby didn?t seem to mind. Totally embarrassed us to the point of us picking up and leaving!!! Would not reccomend evergoing here with children ?definitely not a family restaurant! We got as far as ordering drinks until the woman says to us ?youdon?t know what you want to drink?? Read more
Not family friendly. They have a no outside food and drink policy?that?s fine, but this policy apparently also includes toddler... drinks. We were told that our kids sippy cups had to be left in the car or hidden so other patrons couldn?t see thecups. According to our bill, their canned sodas are also $1.99. There aren?t many places to eat in New Kent and sadly this oneis off the list. Read more
