We were having some RV work done and referred here while we waited. What a treat, it was an amazing little cafe with great food,... a popular local joint in New Iberia. We had delicious shrimp and grits and we have had some awesome shrimp grits in Savannah GAand they were great. Fluffy biscuits. It is simple, cool atmosphere all around with historical stuff on the walls. They have alarge Veteran gift tree right in the eating area. Such a cool place and highly recommended. Read more

The ladies are always a delight, and the food is spectacular. I really miss the lunch items. In particular the chicken and... sausage gumbo, and the chicken wings. Please bring back some of the lunch item if not everyday, maybe 2x a week. Read more

Beautiful little cafeteria. Great service. Friendly staff. We were camping and a local guy at a gas station told us about this... place. The etouffee and grits were a surprise. I must say the grits were some of the best I've ever had and I'm not a fan ofgrits normally. The portions were generous. I've never seen potatoes made like they did here and had an excellent flavor. Staffwas very helpful and sweet and patient. The president of the parish was there that day and spoke with us for a little while.Architecture and deep ceiling inside his breathtaking. What a great little cafeteria. We were just in town camping so this was apleasant surprise. If you get a chance go there. You won't be disappointed. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back ifwe're in this part of the world. Read more

We were immediately greeted by the staff! My fiance raved about the hashbrown casserole and it did not disappoint! I requested... softer bacon and was immediately accommodated! Mrs. Tiffany was an absolute JOY to speak with! Our bill was $15 and we left a$20 tip! All around great experience and food! Read more

While visiting family, I drove my husband, on Father's day, to breakfast at Victor's Cafeteria. I must say we was not... disappointed. We enjoyed the lovely staff, the friendly atmosphere, and the great food. If you are ever in New Iberia orsurrounding areas, have breakfast at Victor's. It was as you are eating at your grandma's house in the country. The food isgreat. The grits are the best I've had and the French Toast didn't even need syrup or powdered sugar. Everything we had on ourplate was all gone...Mmmmmm good. The hours are from 6:30 am to 11 am daily. Stop by you will be glad you did. Read more

If you're from out of town coming from the West Coast or east coast this is the place to go to get a taste of Southern culture.... You will not be disappointed one bit. The staff and cooks are friendly and are more than willing to try to accommodate you ifit's within their range. Come and enjoy a meal at this wholesome restaurant and get a true taste of Louisiana. You'll stop bytime and time again whenever you visit New Iberia. Read more

Came here for breakfast, left supremely happy. Delicious, great atmosphere, and not too expensive for the amount of food you... get! I got the French toast and wow it was amazing. Read more
